The apartment is excellently positioned, on a quiet street, close to all the city's attractions. The apartment is very large, comfortable, with two balconies, with a huge living room, a modern equipped kitchen, with a large refrigerator. In the fridge I found water and wine, very welcome after the long journey. The bedroom is small but sufficient for our needs, the bed was comfortable, the linen and towels were very clean and changed often throughout the stay. I want to mention the perfect cleanliness and pleasant appearance of the villa during the entire stay. For those arriving by car, there is parking nearby on the quiet street, which is a big plus. Great apartment with an amazing host.

Maria was so kind and accommodating as a host, she had prepared a big nice list with the local must see's and do's , she made sure our stay was pleasant and comfy as possible . 😊: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat uns als Paar ausreichend Platz geboten. Es bestand aus einem großen Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einem kleinen Vorraum und einem geräumigen Bad, das wie die gesamte Wohnung sehr neuwertig wirkte. Alles in der Wohnung hat wunderbar funktioniert. Es gab zwei Balkone mit Blick nach hinten (auf die Berge) und nach vorne (Richtung Ot und Meer, von dem man einen kleinen Teil sehen konnte). Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, man kann alles in dem kleinen Ort Agia Efimia gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieterin Maria und ihr Mann sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Dass sich unser Flug und damit unsere Ankunft verspätete und wir erst um 22 Uhr ankamen, war überhaupt kein Problem, Maria hatte uns vorher per WhatsApp kontaktiert und so konnten wir ihr unsere Verspätung mitteilen. Sie hat sehr schnell und zuverlässig geantwortet. Sehr positiv fanden wir, dass auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen wurde. Nachdem uns in der ersten Nacht die sehr laute Klimaanlage der Nachbargäste gestört hat und wir das am nächsten Tag angesprochen haben, wurde die Ursache (irgendwas mit der Motorisolierung) sofort behoben und war für den Rest der Woche kein Problem mehr. Sehr positiv war für uns auch, dass wir am Abreisetag die Wohnung bis 15 Uhr nutzen konnten, da noch keine neuen Gäste da waren. So konnten wir den Tag noch am Strand verbringen und vor der Heimreise noch einmal duschen. Wenn wir wieder nach Asia Efimia kommen, werden wir uns wieder bei Giannos Apartments...
