Logaras Apartments — Hotel in Sami Municipality

It's a pleasure to be the first to review the Logaras Apartments. Here are the good points-||||Effie who runs them and her father are lovely people and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay.||Our balcony was a good size and offered a nice view of rooftops and the sea.||Our room was light and a good size with a comfortable double and single bed.||The air con worked perfectly and was quiet. There was also a ceiling fan.||Wifi worked perfectly.||There was a separate kitchenette. It was nice to wake up and not look at a fridge.||The shower had good pressure and there was always hot water.||The apartment was kept spotlessly clean.||It was quiet and we slept well.||It was about a three minute walk to the port, just a little further along than the Moustakis hotel.||||The only bad point is that we only stayed...

Abbiamo alloggiato 10 notti in questo residence, eravamo un gruppo di amici abbiamo occupato 3 stanze. La posizione è ottima perché è al centro di Agia Effimia quindi tutto raggiungibile a piedi, c'è possibilità di parcheggiare senza problemi alle spalle della struttura. I proprietari sono molto gentili, la signora parla un italiano impeccabile ed è molto disponibile, ci ha fornito gli ombrelloni da tenere in auto durante tutto il soggiorno. Pulizie fatte ogni giorno in camera. Le struttura in se non si presenta benissimo, è un po' datata sia esternamente che internamente come arredi e dotazioni. Nel mio caso può anche andare bene perché in stanza ci stavamo solo per fare la doccia e dormire, ma se per vari motivi, si vive un po' in più l'alloggio allora bisogna pensarci bene a mio avviso perché la camera per 4 persone ( noi eravamo 2 adulti e 2 bambini) è minuscola, con una minuscola cucina ( non utilizzata se non per il frigo che funzionava molto bene) e il lavandino utilizzato per lavare i costumi. Il bagno è forse la nota più dolente, posizionato all'ingresso dell'appartamento, è davvero molto piccolo, la doccia ha la tenda ma la chiudi o no il bagno di allaga completamente, il lavandino è molto piccolo motivo per il quale è difficile anche poter lavare i costumi e ho preferito usare quello della cucina. Il lettino aggiuntivo a pagamento era un letto pieghevole che noi abbiamo utilizzato per poggiare le valigie restringendo ulteriormente la stanza, abbiamo quindi dormito in 4 in un letto matrimoniale e un lettino. Aria condizionata funzionante. Non ci sono zanzariere e con il problema delle vespe a Cefalonia secondo me tornerebbero utili. L'appartamento era dotato di un piccolo balconcino attrezzato con tavolino , sedie e stendino con vista mare. Personalmente non abbiamo avuto particolari problemi,non so però se ci tornerei perché soprattutto per il bagno desidererei una comodità maggiore, tenere il bagno allagato dopo aver fatto 4 docce lascio immaginare che non è proprio il massimo. 😊: Location was good close to tavernas, there's lots of steps to carry your luggage up to your room. The host was very friendly and met us in person but the room was very small and dated. Location was walking distance to shops, etc. Lovely view from the balcony.. 😢: We could not sleep on the mattress it was so hard we woke up with very painful backpain. It was like sleeping on the floor! We wish the hosts would put a mattress topper on the bed at least. No streaming on TV only Greek stations so when there was a thunderstorm we were very uncomfortable in our room - the space was tiny - could not go on balcony and the mattress as...
