Natassa Apartments — Hotel in Sami Municipality

We stayed at the penthouse apartment (two double bedrooms with queen size beds, one bedroom with single bed, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen as well as balcony and open air terrace). The kitchen has all you need (except washing machine). The terrace is equipped with dining table, two sun beds and cozy chairs.

The apartment is a little bit old fashioned (exactly as on pictures) but very clean and cozy. The view from all of the windows and terrace is to die for!! The view worth each penny you pay!

The beach is just 1 minute walk (tiny but very beautiful and the best in Agia Effimia). Everything is in a very short walking distance.

The only issue is the a/c. The system seems to be old and is not working properly (ie very low pressure, it takes 5-6 hours to make the bedroom cool enough). Additionally the a/c is only at the master bedroom and the living room (ie no a/c in two...

We had a lovely stay for 8 nights. We were two couples and we stayed in the 2 bedrooms apartament. From one of the bedrooms, you can enter in a balcony that offers a great view of the sea. Both bedrooms have air condition. The bed in one bedroom is a little small for taller people, because where your foots should go outside for more comfort there is a metal bar/grill that blocks you to do this. The entire apartament was very clean, every day the trash was taken out by the cleaner and after 3 days our towels and bed sheets were changed. We also received a delicious cake made by Natassa and a very nice souvenir at the check out. Natassa helped us with all our questions quickly. Restaurants and bars are located at 2 minutes walk from the apartament and the shops are located at a 5 minutes walk. We recommend this place for a perfect holiday...

Lovely, specious and clean appartement in the center of Afia Efimia, where we've spend 10 nights. The view across the sea is beautiful so you'll really enjoy your breakfast from you're balcony in the morning. All the windows have gauze so protected from insects getting inside. The kitchen is well equiped as is the good size fridge and freezer. A short walk down the slightly steep street brings you to different rocky beaches, if you want sunbeds or anything like that take the car to a bigger beach. We didn't talk to the owner due to covid and she doesn't speak English that well but she's very welcoming and gave us a late check-out since out plane went in...
