So disapointing! I got in contact with them half a year ago and they asked me if i would be interested in a suite. Finally we agreed and booked the suite. Now, half a year later we are so very disapointed. We speak about a standard double room (quite small) with a bed, sofa and a mini desk and mini shelf. The shower is soooo small that you can't move in it. The heigt of the shower is around 175cm 🙈. The electronical entrance system works only every second time because the app is loading loading loading. If you are lucky the pin works then or you can ask the cleaning woman to open the door for you. The managing lady is very kind and helpful. Thanks for that! But unfortunately she talks weird. After telling her that we do not have a suite she mentions that it is the best room in house and because of the sofa it is a suite 😂 (A suite is definied as a combined room existing at least of 2 different rooms). Furthermore you are not able to have a dark room as the curtains are more less useless! The most disturbing thing is the noise issue! You have 24h noise from the street and also early in the morning from the entrance area as the "suite" is only 2metres away and customers are discussing, shouting and kids are playing. Never again! Unfortunately we got tricked here. Can not understand the good reviews! Do not call it a suite. It is a small standard double...
Read moreThis is NOT a boutique room, and selling it as such is a scam!
The door lock works intermittently. The carpet under the bed was dusty (impossible to clean), which is a nightmare for alergic guests. The furniture was of poor quality, simply painted to appear luxurious, but clearly not boutique-level. The walls were dirty. The flooring resembled something from a cheap apartment in the 1960s. There were no shutters. The windows were low-quality, with no tilt function and poor soundproofing. The shower box was partly broken. The room was advertised as having a sea view, but you could only catch a glimpse of the sea from a distant corner. The main view was of an old, decaying basketball court and some unsightly electric transformers (see photos). There was no privacy between neighboring balconies, as they were separated by transparent glass. I had to shower with cold water for two nights because there was no hot water available. The bed was only nice looking but not comfortable at all. To access the building and the room are obliged to download an app on your smartphone and that's quite annoying
Overall, I am not a picky traveler, but if I pay for a boutique room, I expect it to meet those standards. This room didn’t come close, and I felt completely scammed. It ruined the overall mood of...
Read moreThe property and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. We had a deluxe double which had the benefit of a balcony with what I would describe as a side sea view. The balcony itself looks out directly onto the school playground. ||The bed was comfortable and the room had a fridge which was also useful.||The bathroom was decent albeit the shower was very small indeed. However it was powerful and hot water was in plentiful supply. ||The location is great. It’s practically opposite the bus terminal in town at the New Port. Within minutes of all the bars, restaurants and shops. There are quite a few steps to get the the property but we knew this before we booked.||Also, the communications with the owner were great. We couldn’t get our air con to work when we arrived and she was on the phone straight away and couldn’t do more to help. ||The keyless entry is a good idea and worked well on the main door. However for the rooms it was a bit hit and miss and sometimes took 3 or 4 attempts before it would let you in. ||Overall a really good centrally located accommodation which was perfect for what we wanted on our 4 day stay in...
