Typical tourist trap - AVOID THIS PLACE!

Everything seemed good at first - we got greeted by smiling staff, got seated and got handed the menu. Then it went totally downhill. What's going on in the kitchen and what are the staff doing???

It took ages to get our food. We could see how people who came to the restaurant after us getting their food way before us, and we could also see that people who already sat at the restaurant got their food way after we finally recieved ours. Grumpy faces and mumbling from the servant when we asked to change the beverage we first ordered. Is it too much work for them to just put the first unopened bottle back into the fridge and get another one? We saw how the staff messed up the guests' orders and brought the wrong food - ours included of course. My partner got their food about 10 minutes before I got mine. It really shouldn't be a problem to serve a company of two their food at the same time. Absolutely no apologizes from the staff. They acted like everything was fine, despite constantly messing up orders completely. It's like they are asking for the guests to NOT give them any tip. And we did not, of course. We ordered pasta and pizza. The pasta were severely under cooked, pretty disgusting to be honest. That is a HUGE shame for a restaurant that claims to be "Italian". Also, no flavours whatsoever. The pizza we got would have been fine if it wasn't under cooked and sloppy in the middle. The outer edges was good though. But still not ok to serve guests under cooked food.

All in all, we regret that we went here for dinner. It was not pleasant at all. Too bad this place works so poorly, because the location is perfect. I guess the location is the only reason this place is still up and running - it will always attract new people...

If you are looking at the reviews, this is YOUR SIGN to skip this Place. First of all, we haven't been greeted and the staff was rude from beginning. We waited for about 40 to 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Pasta was undercooked, 0 sauce and 2-3 shrimps, also 4 one with just a shell(completely empty). No care at preparing food, and how can you miss cook pasta at restaurant? We also ordered steak, which was cheewy, really.. and water is 6 euros. I didn't even want to leave a tip, so I paid the bill exactly, and the staff laughed and told me, are you done? And also smilying like why haven't I left the tip. Do not visit if you want to eat good food and be treated like they care just a little. Skip it please, much nices...

I had the basilico and the special pizza. To be honest, I didn't like the basilico cause the only time someone had a taste of basilico is when you eat a fresh one. And there weren't enough to justify the name of the pizza. So it was cheese with tomato pasta and a few leaves of basilico here and there. The special one was a bit better but nothing great. The problem is, that there was no taste to what you ate. You don't taste the basilico, the cheese or other ingredients. If the owner thinks that it's too expensive to add basilico all over the pizza, then use pesto. Experiment. I hope they get better by this criticism, cause it's a shame to serve that kind of food.
