Sol Levante — Restaurant in Skiathos Municipality

We were instructed by Jet2 to meet her as part of transfer from Skopelos. On arrival we placed ourselves in the front corner and put our suitcases out of the way but next to us. We were then confronted by owner who insisted on moving our cases and tried to move one. We said they were not to be touched or moved and asked why when they did not impede anyone’s access. He was aggressive and dismissive and made us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of others. He then acted in a childish manner by refusing to serve us. When a holiday rep arrived he tried to say that I acted aggressively and others had complained. This was not correct and he was the one waving his arms and pointing. We tried explaining about our daughter’s anxiety around our luggage and the distress the whole situation caused but not remorse or empathy and was told we had to leave. worst customer service in the area, extremely rude, we come as part of the jet 2 package to meet the rep and sat at the front in the corner to have our suitcase beside yet out of the way as my sister has autism which is triggered by attachment anxiety. the owner come over, aggressively, and started taking our suitcases without saying anything to move them as they apparently made his restaurant look messy. we explained the situation to which he didn’t care about the circumstances and was yelling at us in-front of the restaurant, also telling all staff to refuse us service, and lying about customers complaining about us, not only was this belittling, embarrassing and unwelcoming it also upset my sister. we moved to next door, meltem which had a completely different atmosphere, staff amazing, let us sit with suitcases, and...
