Some of the best food in Skiathos without a doubt!
Another family operated business that really knows how to make the customer feel warm, welcome and at home...beyond impressed and every time left with a very full stomach!
Myself and my fiancé visited Vesuvio's twice during our stay in Skiathos, at first to watch the Blucox Duet, but then once we tried the food, we had to come back and enjoy that again too!
The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the Vesuvio pasta dish Krista ordered was amazing too...I know next time I'll be ordering the Veal Steak as that really caught my eye....if only there was more time!
The staff are very very friendly, honestly words cannot sing their praises enough, show these guys all the respect you have and they'll treat you like royalty :)
Thank you ever so much for your welcome hospitality...we shall be back!

Situated on the main harbour road in the town, the restaurant benefits from a splendid view of the sea and the many yachts moored at the port.
The service at Vesuvio was on point and the food (which was all freshly prepared) was both delicious and reasonably priced.
Although we dined in, I was impressed by the cool, ordering station on site, where one can order take-away meals by simply flicking through the digital menu, choosing your food and paying, all via a touch screen.
If you like fresh, Italian-based food, I would highly recommend that you give this place a try as I believe you too will not be disappointed.
I have added a photo of the steak that this restaurant serves …....
Read moreThis place seems to be the most busy Pizza parlor in Skiathos, however at the same time it seems to be way too over rated on google. The welcome by the lady outside is warm and friendly. That’s about all that was positive from my experience. Most importantly, the pizza is blend and the dough too heavy for my taste buds. Their pasta seemed to be OK and their desert was nothing special either. My children can make a better tiramisu at home in minutes. Overall, the atmosphere felt rushed as if they wished us to leave as soon as possible in order to free their table for the next customer. Finally, we weren’t even given a chance to pay by card because the waiter called our bill prematurely and decided on his own that we had cash on us. In the end, we really wished we had tried one of the other...
