fasolaki — Hotel in Skopelos Municipality

We visited/are visiting for 10 days at the start of May (2023 for people from the future). The reception was very warm and we were greeted with local gifts and smiles. The room is beautifully decorated with very beautiful art that I want to take home but I won't do you can enjoy it.

There was no one here for the first 6 days but even with a person staying next door its super quiet as you can see in my video. There is a view from our room and I think all the others of the sea and Skopolos town. Its on the main road around Skopolos so super easy to take a car or motorbike around the island and plenty of parking. The shops are from 5-8 minute walk with the best cafe, fishmonger and local restaurant nearby (outside of the town).

You can get groceries delivered apparently but we tried to keep fit and going into town up and down steps is a nice relaxing but testing workout. The weather here has not been great but that's ok as staying in the apartment is really like being at home. One thing I'll say is that I would suggest the owners to invest in a generator if the power keeps going out (as it did today and happens fairly often in skopelos according to local shop keepers). It was only out for about 8 hours during the day but it did make some things difficult like not being able to cook, have a shower or charge phones.

Anyway it's lovely here and you can order food to your room if you ask in advance and there's a herb garden to cook with if you are into that. Also they do a cooking day and dinner on some Sundays which we will try this weekend. Will...

My stay at fasolaki was an amazing experience. Everything was made easily accessible to me and my friends by Marina and Fotini (arranged a car that we would rent to wait us at the port). The studios are spacious ,very nicely decorated and have a lot of amenities,as even a garden,it was quiet and calm,the best place to relax with amazing view depending on the room you choose.The cleanliness is to immaculate standards.||||The breakfast was very tasty and what was needed to kick start the day with fresh products.||We also had the barbecue experience,we had a very nice time and the food satisfied our taste buds to the furthest,and an extra point is given to them because they were very accommodating to my vegetarian diet.||||I loved how Marina and Fotini made us feel so welcome and they were very helpful,friendly and knowledgable about what’s going on in the island and gave us info about cool spots.It was an experience of 11 out of 10.Can’t wait till next time we...

Fasolaki made out Skopelos experience immaculate! Marina and Fotini opened their amazing space for me and 4 friends during these challenging times! They arranged from our travel tickets to a car rental in the island, gift basket on arrival and prompt help with anything we needed! Needless to say the rooms were super clean and fresh, personally I recommend the salted caramel room for couples as it is dreamy and for more people red velvet which also has a private terrace ! I would highly recommend as it is the best possible space to get to be close to Chora of Skopelos so you don’t need to drive in case of having drinks :) Can’t wait to revisit, thank you Marina...
