Hotel Ralitsa — Hotel in Thassos Municipality

This hotel has stopped in time! It definitely requires investments to meet 21st century standards. The service is only a little better than in a hostel. There is no kettle in the room. Breakfasts are the same as in dormitories in former socialist countries and in prisons! There are almost no meat products at breakfast, and the meat that is served is suitable for cats and dogs. There is only one type of bread available = white bread. There is no butter, only margarine suitable for greasing doors. There are almost no fruits available at the breakfast. The coffee from the machine is gross. However, the most tragic thing is that there is no water available during breakfast!!! The hotel has its own beach, but only the beach is sandy and there are huge stones in the water. The beach is very dirty and there are no garbage bins on the beach. The hotel has a ridiculous ban on bringing even your own drinking water to the beach! The hotel does not even offer a 5% discount to hotel guests for orders from the hotel restaurant menu, while other hotels offer discounts of 10-15%. At the same time, apart from the fact that there is not even a 5% discount for hotel guests, the prices on the menu are more expensive than in nearby restaurants, and the food is not of the best quality. If you arrive by car, be prepared to park in a separate yard nearby, which is unlit and full of grass, bushes and garbage. The staff is rude and arrogant. I do not recommend...

The only good thing in this hotel is it's location, in the middle of the walking area by the sea.. everything else is non recommendable. Breakfast is the same every day, without any fruit or drinking water (!), the beach is dirty, entrance in the water is a form of an extreme sport because of the big and sliperry rocks, they don't allow you to bring even a bottle of water on the beach so you have to order from the hotel bar, prices in the bar are higher than any other bars/restaurants nearby but as near as good and the manager is probably one of the rudest people you will ever meet, even though sunbeds on the beach are free for hotel guests she told us and us only that if we want to sit there we have to order something and embaraced us in front of other guests, I guess she didn't like us for some unknown reason.

The rooms are okay, small and clean, but with no facilities except fridge and tv, they dont even have glasses for drinking water.

impolite staff. Dirty and smelly bathrooms, old, uncomfortable mattresses. Actually not only the bathroom, but the whole room smelled like sewage. There was sand on the bed, left from previous guests, as well as old and empty alcohol bottles. Food from the restaurant was a hundred times worse than typical greek restaurants and it was twice as expensive as greek taverns + the service is really slow. Expect to wait around an hour to receive your order, even if there aren’t any other people waiting for food there. The hotel beach is really dirty and the umbrellas and sun-beds were old and scruffy. The owners of the hotel and the restaurant are moldavian, not Greek and it’s obvious because of the bad food, high prices for the old and dirty rooms and overall bad service.
