This was our second time staying at Ntinas Filoxenia, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it. The hotel itself is compact and well-designed, with great attention to detail and very kids-friendly. It's conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the beach in the beautiful village of Skala Potamia. The hotel has secure parking available right in front. What truly makes this place stand out is the staff. They are professional, friendly and seem carefully selected for their genuine kindness. Most speak English very well and consistently go the extra mile. We experienced this firsthand when we had a small car accident—the staff went above and beyond to support us, assisting with the police and communication with the insurance. Their help during this stressful time was invaluable. The amenities are also excellent. There are several spacious swimming pools, including one suited for younger kids. The breakfast and dinner were another highlight - they were rich and varied, always featuring something unique and local. We especially appreciated the staff member who would explain the dishes and point out the local specialties—a personal touch that really enhanced the experience. While our stay was fantastic, a couple of small improvements could make it even better. We would have loved more variety in the fresh fruits at breakfast (e.g., beyond apples, oranges, and peaches). Also, some shade over the parking area would be really great. Overall, it's the people and the culture of hospitality that make Ntinas Filoxenia a very special place that we would love to visit again. Pro Tip: Book well in advance! It's a popular hotel, and prices tend to rise closer...

Sitting outside on a small terrace is impossible as people walk right next to your head towards te swimming pool.
Dinner is horrible. A standard buffet. Men have dinner in their swimsuits. After 2 days we decide to have dinner elsewhere the rest of the week.
Bathing towel are available on request but you jambe to pay 5,-. Per usage….
One older lady at breakfast is the only outstanding employee. The rest is really not giving a nice atmosphere.
Asking the receptionist to make up the double bed as a twin. The male receptionist (son of the owner) comes to the room but has no idea what I mean. I show him but stil je has no clue.
I ask him to have a look in the minibar. He Opens it and sees a large towel in the fridge. He puls it out but doesn’t say anything. Also when I say that the rooms smeek he doesn’t give any comment.
Wires sticking out of the wall, no telephone or coffee facilities in the room, aircon leaking, led light in bathroom unrepairable, bags with dirty linnen stays 2 days on the stairs next to the room, it smells!
One star is for the friendly chauffeur that drove us to the Harbour as TUI forgot to pick us up for...
