Taverna Theagenis — Restaurant in Thassos Municipality

We had a great night spent in Theagenis tavern. We ordered pasta and it was delicious, both carbonara and with tomato sauce. The salad Theagenis is the best and you must order it, it suits with every meal. The tavern had live music with great choice on the songs played and the two musicians were really good. All the people working there, the stuff, had a great cooperation with each other and although this is a hard job and especially in the middle of the high season, the had really good atmosphere. Don't get the chicken snitzel.. It's not chicken it's something like a sponge... Some sort of a processed meat... They forgot to bring us what we ordered .. We asked for pork souvlaki and got chicken.. The Mediterranean salad was bad.. All in all a bad experience.. That's not needed... You might say that the prices are good.. But just for a few items.. The rest is more expensive and not as good as other taverns...

It is located right on Skala Potamia beach.💙 Unique location, atmosphere, and service. The menu is available in all languages, and the staff is responsive, courteous, and attentive. We never had to wait for a table during our entire stay; they always took care of us as soon as they saw us from afar! The food was very tasty, very well prepared, always fresh, and the portions were huge!💙🤗 I highly recommend...
