Fenix Hotel & Hostel — Hotel in Útila

We stayed there for a couple of nights, everything was good. You can choose from a room with or without AC (turned on at night). Little kitchen with the bare minimum to cook. Decent bathrooms, only downside, not a lot of place to put your dry stuff while your are in the shower. They offer good prices to rent scooter or golf cart. Y tiene que auxiliar a los check in o dar información a huéspedes o nuevos clientes.|•NO ofrecen ningún servicio extra o Información (tours, shuttle, guías o actividades)|•NO hay nada de ambiente (música ambiental) (ambiente social)|•DEMASIADO caro vs CALIDAD y | SERVICIO|•NO tienen más que la página web. NO redes sociales (no te | permite acceder.|•habitaciones con humedad.|•Te cambian de cama sin consultarte|• NO creo que el personal esté capacitado para las actividades de un hostel. En mi opinión deberían tener gente que sepa de la industria de hosteleria y necesidades de un hostel.|•NO hay manera de contactar al encargado o dueño del lugar. This hostel is perfect for a backpacker, everything you need is here. The beds are comfortable, the shower is good, great internet, central location, and very sweet staff. 10/10 for the price / quality ratio. And this is saying something considering that I have been backpacking for 9 months...
