Fast internet, super comfy beds with 4 pillows hypoallergenic and a weighed blanket! It's was like sleeping 😴 on a huggable cloud ☁️. We went on a romantic getaway and thought maybe the hotel was just OK but man did they fixed it up!!! Me hospedé en semana morazanica en el hotel y tuve una muy mala experiencia con una supervisora de su restaurante, muy desagradable su actitud y arrogancia (estaba vestida de saco y pantalón negro) pedimos una pizza el día jueves 3 de octubre en la noche y nos fuimos al interior del restaurante que está cerca de la piscina, la tipa vino arrogante a decirnos inmediatamente que no se podía consumir la pizza en el lugar (la pizza ni siquiera estaba abierta ni planteábamos consumir en el momento) y uno de mis familiares estaba esperando de hecho esperando un churrasco pedido en el MISMO restaurante, este tipo de actitudes deben de ser corregidas, lastimosamente no le pregunté el nombre pero si puedo identificarla. Tengan cuidado con su servicio y como tratan a sus propios huéspedes que prácticamente invierten en ustedes y pagan por un servicio, ésto arruinó la experiencia. Añadido a esto, cuando llegó el churrasco nos querían cobrar ANTES de comernos el plato casi obligados por la mesera. Hotel Honduras Maya used to be the place to go if you wanted to spend a family or romantic time, they had great food and ambiance. Saddened to see how has fallen behind on quality. This hotel has kept -its place on being the only one that can accommodate a large group for an event and, offer safe parking for all. The rooms were clean but, need maintenance and a “facelift” I would recommend it for its location...
