I booked a night at the Hyatt for my wife’s birthday, and let me just say – I expected a nice stay… but what we got? Next level.||||We kicked things off with an epic rooftop pool night. There was a DJ spinning tracks that somehow made me believe I could dance (and yes, I did… all night). My wife and I twirled under the stars like teenagers with no bedtime, and it was perfect. Katherine was the MVP of the night – checking on us, making sure we had drinks in hand, and keeping the good energy flowing like she was part party host, part fairy godmother.||||Then came the morning. Most people dread waking up early after a night out, but Hyatt’s breakfast made it worth every yawn. Their buffet runs from 6 to 10 AM, and let me tell you – it’s a Honduran dream. Fresh baleadas, traditional favorites, and the kind of coffee that brings your soul back to life. I would’ve written this review just for the breakfast, honestly.||||To top it off, Alexander helped us reserve a poolside table for a family lunch. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right – thoughtful setup, great service, and a calm, friendly vibe that made us feel taken care of without being fussed over. The man’s a hospitality ninja.||||From beginning to end, the Hyatt team showed up with heart, professionalism, and a whole lot of joy. Everyone went the extra mile – and then added some bonus steps just to make it special.||||This was my first Hyatt stay, but definitely not my last. They've officially earned a fan for life (and possibly a few dance moves named...
Read moreMy husband and I were in Honduras on a personal trip & The Hyatt in Tegucigalpa was our home for about 20 days!! We chose the Hyatt because it was in a secured neighborhood & right down the street from the USA embassy! The room service hospitality was amazing Ms. Miriam was the greatest!! Miriam always made sure our room was clean & always offered us bottle waters. The best thing about our stay was the Terraza Pool. My daughter really enjoyed her time at the pool & the adults beverages were amazingly delicious! They also have a computer area where you can print docs if needed (came in handy) The hotel does offer free breakfast which was was nice perk, but unfortunately the food was cold most times & they don’t have microwaves (not even in the rooms) && asking for a warm tortilla felt like I was a bother so yeah…. They do have a mini fridge in the room that came in handy for storing fruits & drinks. The hotel does have a restaurant where you can eat meals but I wasn’t ok with over paying for a meal everyday. 🤷🏼♀️ We asked a waiter where we can possibly find food around the hotel.. he said “I’m sorry I can’t help you!”& proceeded to remove the menu from my hand!! 😒Thanks to some google search we found out the hotel is right across from a mall & food court where the food was delicious & didn’t brake the bank. Overall our stay was great & I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a safe hotel to stay here!!!...
Read moreI Booked this hotel for 20 days since it was conveniently close to where I needed to be.
When I arrived at the front desk I was received with poor customer service by the staff with arrogant attitude.
The glass cups during breakfast were crusty and grimy not properly cleaned.
When I booked the room online I had requested for a room with a view of the city and was told by the staff that they would change my room in a week, when the week passed they never gave me the room change.
For mothers day, I went down stairs for some breakfast and the staff kicked me out of the breakfast area because they had reserved it for other people not staying at the hotel.
The cleaning and kitchen staff had more customer service and professionalism than the front desk staff when its supposed to be the front desk that acts professionally and cordially with its customers.
I hope that with this review the hotel can re-train their staff to properly provide quality service to its Paying customers or better yet hire better employees who actually want to work.
One of the windows at the gym on the top floor facing the street was filled with bird feces all over.
They charge even more than a hotel would in United States.
if you are traveling from USA, I wont recommend you to stay at this hotel until they improve their customer service, you'd be better off booking...
