Me and my boyfriend stayed at this place for 3 nights.|To me it was kind of a weard hotel. The hallways were dark and I only saw some lonely men sitting around the hotel. |It kind of looked liked some dusty hotel for lonely man instead of a place to stay for tourists.|But however that is just the feeling I got from it.|The room we got was okey, a bit hot and not very cozy but that is okey if you just wanne sleep there. The toilet and shower were very small and there did not came a lot of water out of the shower. |The staff were friendly but could not speak english. They also had no tourist information or anything. Not even a simple map. |They did not tell us anything about breakfast, kitchen or the resraurant so we had no idea it was there.|This hotel was indeed very cheap but than again you dont get very much. The location is also kind of far from the centre . |If you want a very cheap stay just to sleep somewhere for a couple of nights is it perfect. But if you want a bit more than that like helpfull staff, better location and a greater vibe than look for...
Read moreWe attended a several months long railway course with my colleague, thus we had to stay in Budapest. We got relocated from the previous hotel, which wasn't all that bad, into this one. We stayed there for one night. It was disgusting. There was no separate bathroom for the rooms, the kitchen's electricity supply ran on a 10-15 min. timer, the carpet and the bedsheets were dirty, soiled, and had blood stains on them, let's not talk about the bathroom, the less said, the better. This visit of ours was in the middle of summer, there was absolutely no cooling in the room. No fan, no AC, nothing. My colleaugue got bitten by bed bugs I must add. I luckily didn't but this is just unacceptable. It may be cheap, but there are a lot of better ones for this price. Besides, the whole place felt depressing, I think it used to be some sort of a dormitory, or a hostpital, maybe some other type of medical institution, and it was full of, I don't even know, maybe some asian people, or indians, I have no clue, but they were...
Read moreWhen we opened the door to the room a mold odor was hitting our faces. But we had the window opened during the whole week during our visit and the smell disappeared (more or less). The room standard was pretty poor. It contained 4 beds, 4 chairs and 1 table, 4 closets (which also smelled mold), a refrigerator, a sink, a mirror and a 14"(?) TV. The beed sheets didn't really cover all the bed...||It was a shared bathroom and shower, no towels was included but it was pretty cheap to buy some towels in the city. The breakfast was okay, some sandwiches, ice tea and scrambled eggs (no bacon). ||||You get what you pay for, this is a cheap hotel but if you're only need a place to crash and also save some money this is a...
