Premium APTS — Hotel in Budapest

Stayed for 4 nights. Very reasonably priced, with ideal location - 5 minute walk to bus or tram station that will take you to the city center in a moment. Room is spacious and liveable (of course, I guess it depends on the type of room, but we took the 2nd biggest option) with much welcoming and friendly staff. One of the most pleasant aspect is the washing machine, which can come in handy (but please be prepared to buy detergent from nearby supermarket as the hotel does not sell it).

Two downside - requested housekeeping, but haven't received any during my stay. Had to ask the reception to provide me with towels. Reception is very friendly and it is not their fault (more like housekeeping's duty) but nonetheless it was a somewhat frustrating experience.

Secondly, as some of the reviews point out, food is not adequately replaced durinf breakfast (after 8:30AM, waited for replacement for an hour but there was none)

But I cannot complain too much especially considering value for money....

During our stay an important and awkward situation arose that required some investigating and decision making on the part of the management. Care and diligence by the apartment’s management and investigator Stefanic Ferenc Alexander was given, together with a complete resolution of the problem. This issue could have been handled many ways, yielding different sentiments. It was handled very, very professionally. I would recommend this apartment/hotel to anyone. Although it is a few minutes removed from the town’s center, public transportation is readily and frequently available. Grocery stores are very nearby. My wife & I stayed for 9 days and very much enjoyed the cleanliness...

Pretty good, not writing home about it (just google I guess)

Everything works and it's great having a kitchen, but there's just a few things missing that would make it great. There's no pan/skillet, just pots. No oven either, not a big deal. No soap or shampoo packets, and when asking the receptionist I was told to "go buy some next door," thanks captan obvious.

Speak great english and have been pretty helpful, just a bit impatient (hey, it's Europe, I get it).

22 min bus ride into the city off the 105 line, which stops a block away. Two supermarkets on the block. Not the best or worst neighborhood.

All in all it's worth the cheap price for a room...
