I think this hotel is way overrated.This is max. a 1* hotel never a 3.Customer service does not exist here. The first thing when we arrived, at the reception we were given our room key without any guidance where can we find our room. The room is really old,with a CRT Tv (I had flat screen TVs in a 1* hotel before).There is no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom at all,even though this would something basic for a 3* hotel. We always expect a good night sleep in a hotel...well,not here!!Literary they were cleaning the hall and the rooms at 5 am in the morning,jamming the doors when everyone is asleep. The elevator does not work at all and its been like that for a year or so,and if you want WIFI,well look somewhere else,as you will only find WIFI in the lobby.There was a price list from 2015 in the room...really?we are in 2018...The breakfast was something really cheap...the coffee was terrible,the soft drinks were water with sugar,and there was only tap water...This was our worst hotel stay ever,even though we travelled all around the world...please pay a bit more,to receive good service somewhere else...Never again and do avoid...

We booked this hotel for a family holiday that we organise once a year. Based on their reviews on their website, we all thought this must be a good choice. Unfortunately it turned to be a rip off... the room service is nonexistent, no towels changed or room service (we stayed in an apartment). Being situated in a resort, they should know that people use the pool and if the towels don’t get changed they smell. Very poor communication with the staff, who if you dared to ask for towels to be changed they would remind you that children were loud. Breakfast was ok, can’t complain about it. The indoor pools have metal jets that are not safe and children got hurt. But of course, due to their limited level of communication, they treat you like you are an alien. ||I went on holiday to rest and enjoy time with my family, not to chase clean towels, room service and rude and unhelpful...
