Hotel Délibáb — Hotel in Hajdúszoboszlói járás

When I arrived there was no explanation from the staff on the package I purchased, I had to chase everything I.e.: massage, tickets Hungarospa, 3 course dinner, cocktail at arrival etc. ||||The food both at breakfast and dinner (buffet) are not of good quality. The majority of it is nasty, very unhealthy with fat dripping off the dishes.||||Unfortunately the location had loads of white mainly Eastern European visitors. People would stare at me constantly during breakfast/dinner at the hotel or when walking outside. ||||If you're a black person, never go to this place. It will make you unhappy. Unfortunately due to the bad experiences I wanted to leave the hotel sooner and go elsewhere were I wouldn't be treated as a weird creature. The hotel/manager was not willing to refund me for the remaining days despite me explaining the situation and how uncomfortable I felt. Of course there policies and terms you agree to as a guest but then I guess racism is not something you would anticipate would happen when you're trying to enjoy your holiday. I ended up staying inside my room most of the time to avoid any further contact / bad experiences. I've been to different places in the world so far and this never happened to me.||||The medical treatments were good the staff of the medical were very friendly so that was at least a good thing. ||||The massage at the spa was strange and even close to inappropriate. The guy giving the massages didn't use proper towels, didn't ask what your preference would be in terms of firmness but massaged very hard. He would also get to places on my body without asking if it was ok. Usually in massages places they also give you a minute of privacy for you to get on the table. He didn't leave. There was no relaxing music or anything and the room looked unprofessional it didn't make you relax at all. Worse massage...

The hotel is great. Clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff are friendly, respectful and polite. The cleaning ladies whom I met were very nice, helpful and polite. ||||There was a slight mistake once with my bill at dinner but this was very swiftly and professionally resolved. Top marks. No issues there. ||||The spa is lovely. The pool with the bubbles and colour changing lights are a big hit with the children! ||||The food is good. A multitude of options to choose from! The desserts offered at dinner are delicious! ||||One slight negative is the fact that the rooms we were offered were right above the construction that is currently going on at the hotel (possibly for a parking lot). We were on the first floor and work started between 7-7:30am. Very noisy. However, we are early risers, so I didn't mention it to the team. The upside of the rooms was the view of the lake and the multicoloured, lit fountain, at night, in the middle of it. Beautiful!||||All in all I would definitely return and would recommend this hotel! They offer a variety of services. The price of the room also includes entry to the Hungarospa right next to it for the duration of your stay. An added bonus!||||We had a great stay. Thank you! Hotel Délibáb boasts an excellent location with direct access to the Hungarospa thermal complex, which we found particularly convenient. Parking facilities were satisfactory and well-organized.

Dinner in the hotel restaurant met our expectations—meals were tasty, and presentation was appealing. However, breakfast service fell somewhat short, as the staff struggled to replenish items in a timely manner, causing slight inconvenience.

The hotel’s wellness area was sufficient for relaxation after a day spent at the spa. Unfortunately, the guest rooms clearly require renovation and modernization, as their current condition significantly detracts from overall comfort. Moreover, during our entire stay, the room was not cleaned even once, which was quite disappointing and well below the expected standard of a 4-star hotel.

The hotel certainly has great potential, and by addressing room quality, housekeeping standards, and making minor service improvements, it could greatly enhance the guest experience. We would consider returning in the future, with hopes that these issues will...
