I’ve stayed at Party Vendeghaz in the first decade of August by a reservation on booking.com who I took with 3 weeks in advance. The price was 40 euros/night for a double room, without breakfast and excluding local tax, so probable is a good idea to book in advance to get best pricing, if possible. Also, in Hajdúszoboszló are a lot of small pensions with free rooms advertisement, most of them at lower price, but I don’t know if is a better deal because I didn’t visited them.||The official photos on booking.com website are true and show what really you’ll find there. Party Vendeghaz seems to be an family run pension - the young lady Agnes, the owner, is a kind person who speaks very good English and answers to e-mails, phone calls, but unfortunately, she doesn’t live in the pension so, if you need something, you have to call her, if you want.||The pension is located on a quiet street and has space for 3-4 cars to park for free inside the closed yard, but that means you don't have too much room to walk around them. Also, 2-3 more cars can be parked on the street without problems for the safety. ||There are around 4-5 minutes walking to the “downtown” and to the main entrance (strand) of the Hungarospa. In that area you’ll find also restaurants and a general shop to serve or buy something for your breakfast and prepare it at the summer kitchen in the yard of the pension, if you are interested. I can’t say nothing about the guest dinning room who looks very good on the pension website, because I didn’t saw it and more, Agnes forgot to tell me something about it. I used the very nice Kemences Csarda restaurant every morning and also for some dinners and it was a good choice – you can find a separate review about this cozy restaurant.||I wrote an e-mail some days before my arrival to ask for a “nice” room, i'm always contact this way the property who i'll visit and usually they keep such a good room or allow me to choose any free room i like on my arrival. But this time, I had the mischance to receive a bad room - the number 5 -, which is situated at the ground floor. This room is large enough and has a double bed, also a sofa, LCD TV (with only Hungarian channels), fridge – with a bottle of wine courtesy from Agnes ! - a wardrobe, strong air conditioner, good wifi signal. There was no tea/coffee making facilities or terrace as described on booking.com but this doesn’t matter to me. The bathroom is large and looks good, but there were no toiletries and no support for shower gel or shampoo - this is annoying for me when i take shower. On the other side, it was excellent hot water pressure all the time. ||The worse thing for this room is not that of my arrival it smells bad inside, neither that was no change of the coloured linen during 5 nights or at least a cleaning room, but the total lack of soundproof. So, I heard everything from the nearby room and from the court. There were some very loud guests from Poland so i couldn't sleep well because they celebrate something else every night in the yard with other Polish people and then in the room and nobody didn't asked them to move away or to stop disturbing the other guests who were not part of their group.||I didn’t saw the others rooms but considering the photos, those upstairs seems to be better, they have a balcony with nice view, more amenities and...

Great owner, knows romanian and English also, great room, air conditioning, nice bathroom. There's a garden with tables and benches, very cool place to hangout and eat or drink. Very close to the Hungarospa, 5 min walking distance. The bed was to stiff for me, but that might be just me. No other complaints really. Highly...
