Good: The location provided on Maps is correct. Cheaper than other hotels in the vicinity. Location is good, with eateries in walking distance. There is sufficient space in front to park a car.

Bad: Bad behaviour. Incomplete rooms. Some rooms cannot be locked from the outside, some do not have a working extension, some do not have an extension at all. Hot water for bathrooms is available only from 7 am to 10 am. This does not seem to be mentioned anywhere. Bad behaviour of the staff who are supposed to show the rooms and serve the rooms with drinking water, toiletries, etc. We reached at 5 pm and received drinking water at 6:30 pm, after going down to the reception thrice. The worst hotel I have seen in my life. This hotel running a hourly basis hotel under the brand name. Room are horrific. Not clean, smelly, cockroche running in the room. Not single item match what was show on the fabhotels web page. Even I paid advance amount. They force me to to pay full amount in cash. Also when I don't want to stay I want to cancel the booking. They refuse to give me back my money which I paid. They didn't even provide me receipt for my payment. They told me that I will get the refund from fab hotels. It's show that you guys...

This hotel doesn't even deserve a 1 rating, We would have given a big "0".

They made us wait for around an hour to confirm our booking and required us to make a series of calls to FabHotel customer care about this. Showed us a room 101 which had no AC working, dirty rooms and foul smelling beddings and also their manager had no sense of talking to guests!

Never ever book this hotel even if the price attracts you to book, we had a limited few choices so had to book! But seeing these we cancelled and gone for a good...
