Hotel Amar — Hotel in Agra

We were on a business trip which started with a bad hotel in India, after just one night in that hotel I called this property and spoke to Senior Operations Manager Mr. Lokesh over the phone he assured me he will look after us. So we decided to go to Amar Yatri Niwas... I we were greated by Mr.Lokesh in Lobby, which was vibrant and Mr.Aman was smiling at the front desk. Mr. Lokesh took me to my room straight away and offered me coffee. We were getting for the meeting so we completed our check in process and left. Although we were supposed to stay for only couple of days but because of the way Mr. Lokesh looked after us we decided that we will stay in his hotel until we leave India.|Front Desk was always smiling always welcoming which I didn't find even at Marriott Hotel when I was there. A happy front desk is a sign of positivity which any guest would love to see. Ms. Pooja was extremely helpful while our stay making sure that our stay is smooth without any issues. Ms. Sanjana housekeeping manager made sure that our room was made professionally. Night Manager Praveen and Aman were always helpful when ever I needed anything. Food was good too.|I have been working in International Tourism and Hospitality Industry for more then 20 years now and I can definitely see that the way Mr. Lokesh was leading his team it was calm, cool and professional. |I would personally like to Invite Mr. Lokesh to come to Australia and teach my team so that we can also get the benefit of his skills.|I'm definitely coming back to this property and hopefully I will hear back from you guys soon.|Cheers Mate Keep Up...

As a seasoned traveler, I have had the pleasure of staying in various hotels, but my recent experience at hotel truly stands out as one of the most exceptional stays of my life. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for a treat. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, nestled in the heart of Agra, providing easy access to all the major attractions. The vibrant neighborhood surrounding the hotel allowed me to immerse myself in the local culture effortlessly.

The staff at hotel were the epitome of hospitality. From the warm and friendly welcome at check-in to the attentive and personalized service throughout my stay, they made me feel like a valued guest. Any requests I had were promptly attended to, and the concierge was a treasure trove of information, offering fantastic recommendations for dining and sightseeing.

The pool area itself was an architectural masterpiece, designed to perfection with a harmonious blend of elegance and relaxation. Surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable loungers.The pool staff at hotel were attentive and courteous, ensuring that every guest felt welcome and cared for. They thoughtfully provided towels, making the entire experience effortlessly enjoyable. The pool's size was generous, allowing guests plenty of space to swim, play, or simply soak up the sun. I am giving 2 stars because of rooms only. Pros

1. Very beautiful rooms (Mughal room)
2. Average breakfast
3. Bath tub was their in Mughal room Cons
4. No wifi in Mughal room ( they will say that their is technical error but the issue is that their is no wifi on 5th floor and the range of wifi will not reach to your room) this was the biggest issue for me. They have single wifi for 5 floors. They said me that they are resolving the issue but I knew that their was no issue with wifi but with the range. The issue didn't get solved in 3 days.
5. Very bad service and staff behaviour : they will not give you ketchup. They will ask you to order something and then they will provide you with ketchup. Also the staff told me that this property not 3 star or 4 star, they told me that our hotel has zero star rating and I was literally shocked after hearing their answer.
6. I have to ask for water 2 to 3 times and they will give you water atleast after an hour. They will ask you to pay whatever you order like water bottle, beverages at the time of order and not wait to pay at the time of checkout that's very unprofessional.
7. Parking: Their is parking space but not indoor parking.
8. You have to recharge your card everytime you get out of your room.
9. Breakfast: they will charge you extra for shakes, cold coffee even if you already booked morning buffet while...
