Poor Hospitality & Misleading Policies

I recently stayed at Hotel Orange, Agra at holi weekend, and faced an extremely disappointing experience regarding their late check-out policy and overall service.

Late Check-Out Denied Despite Availability

We requested a late check-out, which is a standard courtesy in the hospitality industry, especially if the hotel has available rooms. However, the staff outrightly denied our request, stating that the hotel was fully booked.

Interestingly, when we checked online (MakeMyTrip) on the same day, rooms were still available for booking. This clearly means that rooms were vacant, but they still refused to accommodate us.

It appears that the hotel prioritizes new check-ins over existing guests' comfort, which is highly unprofessional.

Lack of Hospitality & Guest Consideration

Most hotels offer at least a 1-2 hour late check-out based on occupancy, without extra charges, as a goodwill gesture. However, in our case, they refused outright without any consideration of our situation.
