Hotel Kirandeep — Hotel in Agra

I didn't want to rate it low but I have given it 2 star, not because of its infrastructure but for its unprofessional behavior of some staffs. We booked the hotel for our 40 family members to stay during a marriage function for 6 days. And I was happy with its clean and nice rooms. But then it's fooding facility was very bad. The cook is very unprofessional and unhygienic. Everyday the food was insufficient and we had to wait for 30 min to 1 hour in between dinner and lunch time. One day he served us stale rice in the dinner. We complained about it and the cook accepted it that rice was made in the after noon. But the next day the owner refused to acknowledge it. And the cook took a u turn. Which made me realise their unprofessional behavior. I understand that, some times things may go wrong but if it is not accepted by such big hotels, it is very bad.

The owner highly charged us for a extra curry we wanted in our food plate. (Even one day my uncle had to cook potato curry in their kitchen, but he charged it unexpectedly 5600 for 5kg of potato)

Per plate food price was 120. And when we asked them to make potato curry in our food he charged 100 rupees per plate extra just for a potato curry. And same thing was followed all days. And at the end we had to pay him 30K to 40K extra only for a extra curry we asked in our food plate.

Some family members got stomach ache and even loose motions..We had to take our food from outside for last 2 days. It was a relief that one of my doctor friend was with us.

One manager who was very gentle and seems professional to his work. I noticed that, he was not treated properly by the other hotel staffs.

So If you are planning to stay in this hotel, you can stay, as hotel is good, rooms are clean. But I will suggest to get your food from outside. Asthey don't have any good arrangements for group gathering or group dining. I hope they will take care of...

This place deserves no star, they should not even be licensed to run a hotel. ||We went here this month (June 2014) and had the worst experience. The rooms we were shown did not seem up to the mark but we had less time left and settled for this place, being near Idgah bus depot and Agra Cannt station. ||They promised us they'd clean the rooms but when we went up the rooms were filthy. ||We made them remove the carpet and there was a kilo of dirt under. Filthy bathroom, Filthy buckets, leaky roof, damp, peeling walls. see the photos.||They gave one towel for 3 people after asking repeatedly. ||After much argument, they gave us different rooms. These were at least not stinking, but the sheets were stained and cleverly tucked under a blanket to hide that. ||The height was that it rained in the night, and in the morning the whole corridor and the room next to us was flooded. These people had put TOWELS and sheets on the floor to soak the water. The same ones they'd be giving to their guests. See the photos. ||After all this they had the cheek to add extra charges as luxury tax to the already undeserved amount we had agreed upon. After receiving that they went on to say that we ordered refreshments in the room, and asked for more money. This we trashed and left this garbage heap, utterly dissatisfied and angry. ||Don't go to this place in any season ever! In fact, avoid staying in Agra at all. For every shop, restaurant, every place we went here, we got substandard things and service. Reach early, see Fatehpur Sikri and Taj, and get the hell out...

The staff is very rude.I checked into this hotel on 18th may night they charged 2000 for AC room for 12hrs but the AC is not working we have called the staff 5times.Everytime I call they say that it will take 10mins time to get cool but upto morning it is same as NON-AC room and another thing is in our room there is no hot water availability they told us the hot water will come after 4:00Am but the hot water also not came and we called 3times in the morning there is no response from the staff.After all these events we went near the reception and asked about it they replied very rude and they told to check out if u want to go😡🤬.No.1 worst...
