DIGITAL WORLD (Sadar Bazar) — Local services in Agra

My experience is very poor. I purchased LG double door refrigerator in March 22. The defective piece was deliverred and it was neither installed nor any demo was given. The fruit Trey was not moving properly and it's lock was broken. Also I was not explained that such type of complaints are to be locked within 7 days. I complained in June 22 only then I come to know from the service engineer. The lock was replaced against payment, which as per company policy is correct. I also complained to CEO LG but they were also interested in cover up and and the purpose was just to support the wrong dooing of the dealer i.e. Digital World, Sadar Bazar, Agra. Instead of doing any enquiry they were busy in fault finding in the customer. Earlier also I have complaint with Digital World sister concern Garg Sales also in Sadar Bazar from where I puchased Samsung LEDmany years back and got Extended Warranty for 3 years. But when my LED tv stopped working I complained to the company only then I come to know that there is no such guaranty and papers issued were fictious.But when I produced the papers Samsung extended the warranty and replaced the panel of LED. The Samsung responded positively to the complaint, where as LG was interested in coverup. I advise that LG product shouldn't be purchased at any cost and that too from these 2...

I want this place since 2015 and I always buy some electronic things in this Shope & Mr. Pawan Choudhary he is great person who treat is very well. Poor repair service and extremely disap pointing customer grievances. Pls avoid buying electronic product specially whirlpool refrigerators. It's been 6 month complaining about about manufacturing defaults. Neither dealer Digital world nor Whirlpool supporting on this . Complete fradulanet practices and...
