SPOT ON Hotel Viren Pacific — Hotel in Agra

It’s one of the worst hotel with the worst staff (for sure) in Agra We booked a room on booking, the address on booking is not the right one, it indicates a Viren hotel but on the other side of the city ! So after one hour of tuktuk, we finally reach the right hotel ! When we arrived, they told us that the room is without AC but we booked a room with AC, and there is AC on the pictures of the room ! When we show them the booking, they didn’t wanted to do anything and they just said « go to an other hotel ! » We didn’t saw the room but the reception is more dirty than you can imagine, the staff is rude, unpleasant, impolite… the whole vibe is really gloomy and uncomfortable...

NEVER GO THERE EVEN IF THEY ARE GIVING ROOM FOR FREE

This hotel was good in photos only(while online booking) but in reality It was pathetic experience.

1.) Washroom was not functional like flush do not work. So manager told us to use bathroom of different room which is unacceptable.

2.)Bedsheet was so much dirty that we had to put our sheets on it and then slept.

3.) Whole corridor, bedroom smells like dirty toilet. No ventilation in whole hotel.

4.) Pathetic service that's why this hotel was almost empty.

DID NOT EXPECTED THIS FROM OYO DHARAMSHALA IS BETTER THAN THIS

NEVER...

Situated in agra fort station to 5 k.m. away. Book online in 28 sep got room no. 107 in first floor.

Don't give towel when i ask they denay and ask go to all for cleaning.

Pillow cover is so dirty you can not touch. Not change pillow and chhadar also.

Bathroom condition is so bad mug and bucket is just like 10 year old. Sink and nali is not working properly.

Room cleaning is not also. Food is not available near by.

When we entered they can drinking in hall area.
