Worst experience ever. • Stayed here with family, very uncomfortable. • An immature kid at reception kept asking weird personal questions like “do you work?” “are you boy & girl?” etc. Very annoying. • Gave pathetic food suggestions with overconfidence. • When we got our own snacks, they sat at the gate with friends and stared at us suspiciously. • Room and bathroom were dirty at check-in – cigarette butts, dust, filthy toilet seat. Asking for cleaning only made it worse. Upon asking for towel- they gave only 1 towel for 3 people which smelled horrible and soaps which if you rub for eternity will not lather • After visiting Taj next morning, we came back to find AC and water cut off to force us to leave. • The old man at property fought with us badly when we asked for bathroom tap not working and argued as if we are 2 year olds • The same kid even called my wife and spoke very disrespectfully, saying we were overstaying when all we wanted to take a shower & leave but their tactics made us lose time. • TV and set-top box are just for show, nothing works- they were just lose wires hanging like dead meat
