Recently stayed here for 2 nights as was visiting for Dharshan at Tirupati.. Booked via make my trip.. Pros - Good room. Best for 2. With neat and clean toilets. 24/7 hot water facility. Has basement parking, so no need to park under sun. Has enough lifts. Though you may book the room with complementary breakfast. But if book without CB, no worries, you got A2B restaurant in the Ground flor. Enough food for free BF - Small uthappams, Sambar, Chutney, Idly, Aloo Paratha, Pongal, Poha/Rava upma, 1 sweet (Kesari/Payasam), Breads, Veg Sandwich, Salads, Fruits, cereals, Cornflakes, Juices and tea coffee.. Room service people are very humble. Room was equipped with both AC and Fan.. Many star hotels only offer AC.. Cons - I would call this hotel a 3 or 3.5 star hotel.. NOT 4 star.. Reason below. The Hotel only has Gym.. No Swimming pool, no entrainment arena, no Spa. Complimentary BF food was okeyish.. No very tasty.. Just can fill Stomach, thats all.. What I liked was the sweets, day1 Pongal & Day 2 Aloo Paratha with Curd.. Parking is there, but very limited capacity.. Basement can hold only upto 10 to max 12 cars.. Can park car in the outside around the hotel builder inside the premises but that parking is also for customers visiting A2B restaurant.. The 3rd bed was provided but was put only on the flooring.. No extra Cot provided.. The 4star hotel I stayed before all provided Cot!!! The best and bedsheet was not very comfortable.. I did not get good sleep on Night 1.. Free Wifi is there, but very slow.. I could not even browse with that and hence had to use my 5G.. TV with cable connected only had free channels.. No even Sports channels was there.. I visited on 19 Nov 2023, the World cup finals day.. But was not able to watch it.. Room service is bit slow.. Asked for 3 soaps and we got it after 20 minutes.. Even during checkout, we had to wait for 20 minutes.. In make my trip, the photo were respresenting to show the clear hill view.. But in reality, since other building are built in recent times, the hill view is no more available.. The Photos are old and should be replaced by the management..
Apart from this, we checked in at night 10PM.. So they said, they were not able to provide us the room electronic card as their keyboard is not working at that time and said will give it to us the next day morning 1st hours.. But they give it to us only only after we called as asked at 8:30, when we were to go to have BF.
Otherwise, for the price paid, stay was okey okey.. Not much of disappointment.. But as mentioned as 4star, my expectations were little high, but it did not meet my expectation comparing other 4star hotels I stayed so far, so...
Read moreI have very very bad experience at hotel stay and I don't have any good thing to say about hotel. I booked 2 rooms at hotel. I complained about hot water as soon as I checked in since there is no hot water in both of the rooms. Hotel staff send some mechanic who tried to fix the issue and he was unable to fix the issue in the checkin night. Then hotel staff told and promised that they will send buckets of hot water in the morning as they promised. So I called and informed front desk staff about the issue in the morning and they told that they will send hot water soon. Instead of sending hot water in buckets after long time and multiple calls they sent a room boy with water heater and he tri tried to heat the water for long time and which didn't heat water properly. I called multiple times in front desk and they didn't send any hot water. I waited almost an hour without any hot water. I even tried to complain manager about it but manager penchailah was not available during peak time. All of my family including 9month baby had to bath with cold water due to these water issues. After multiple calls and multiple requests hit never being provided. This is worst hotel in tirupati and in entire India. This hotel not be deserved in 3 star standard where hot water not available. Even buffet food service is worst. First when we went for buffet they didn't allow us saying buffet is not included. We had to wait 10 to 15min where hotel staff realized their mistake and allowed to eat buffet. Service is too slow and for dosas order they are taking literally 30min in buffet, no proper food options and food is cold too.room floors are sticky. Manager penchailiah is worse and after all complaints he didn't apologists and any refunds. I won't recommend this anyone and don't waste your money here and better stay in any other 3 star hotel and even 2 star or 1 star. Those hotels better than this...
Read moreThe 1st person we interacted with gave a bad impression. The receptionist was rude and arrogant. I had 5 rooms and my group had young children and senior citizens that needed close monitoring. Despite early booking for rooms, the receptionist refused to listen and accommodate my ask despite explaining and pleading. He kept saying fully booked despite me saying we did early booking as a group. Secondly, we were waiting for the lift but the porter ignored and loaded the luggage. How is the luggage going to enter the room when the keys are with us? When we reached our floor, the porter said self service, expecting us to drag our luggage to the rooms frm the lift. Room service they hardly pick the calls. Went down to the reception to enquire, he rudely said press 6. Told him to call infront of us. Then he realised same challenges and said will get them to call back. I had requested for an iron, 2 hrs and no sight of it coming so I left wearing crumpled clothing. The lights in the room are all linked to one switch. Either you sleep in complete brightness or complete darkness.. The receptionist is one of the most unfriendlyest and unhelpful in my entire tour. Did not even want to assist us on places to eat etc. The receptionist area super small. With the bags and limited place to seat, was a challenge and we had to wait outside the hotel while waiting for our driver. Overall, in my 6 days at 6 different hotels, this was the only place I had unpleasant experience. Definitely not a place i would want to come back to. Hope tge hotels looks at customer experience...
