Below are the items we ordered and how they were served. Mushroom 65 was small chopped mushroom and it was very hard to eat. Roti, kulcha and garlic naan, served cold after 45 mins of order placed. Green meridian special soup was only green colored spicy water. (Waiting 20mins) Baby corn masala, was smelling odd, like a old stock re-heated, also taste wasn't good. Dal tadka was given with little oil poured on dal, there was no tadka. 25 mins (Which was served way before roti's) but roti came after 45mins Papad wasn't crispy, made and kept open for a long a time. Thali dint include curd, banana, which was there in thali but staff forgot. Sweet in thali(ladoo) was so dry, I donno hiw many days back they had prepared it. Staff doesn't know what is special in their so called special items. Staff literally forget the order placed and bring in some random items after a long time. Waiting time is too long, we fill our tummy with water while we wait for food, and finally we get some food either smelly, cold, or tasteless. Extremely bad experience in Green meridian, please dont go with the looks of restaurant. Please try any other. This was not only from our table, all other customers also were frustrated because of bad food and very long time delay. Entire place was a chaos.

I recently dined at Green Meridian Veg Restaurant and tried a few dishes: pesarattu, idly and wada. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my experience: Pesarattu: The pesarattu had a noticeable oiliness, which detracted from its otherwise expected nutty flavor. It seemed to be overly greasy, which might not appeal to everyone. The preparation could benefit from a more balanced amount of oil. Idly: The idly was well-made with a soft texture, but it was fairly standard. It didn’t stand out in terms of flavor or uniqueness. Wada: The wada was crispy on the outside but a bit dense on the inside. It was decent but lacked the light, airy quality I usually enjoy in a well-made wada. Chutney: The chutney served with the pesarattu didn’t meet expectations. It was lacking in flavor and seasoning, which affected the overall taste of the meal. Overall Experience: The restaurant has potential but could improve in areas like oil usage and chutney preparation. The ambiance and service were satisfactory, but the food could benefit from more attention to detail.

The Green Meridian Veg restaurant, on the way to Tirumala, is on the left of the Kapilathirtha field. This is a complete Veg Restaurant. It is not only a dining room, but you can find all the traditional items that are desired to those who come to Thirumala, ie clothing and photographs of the Srivaru, as well as childrens toys, and all of the young children. When it comes to meals, there are all kinds of veg items here, which means North and South India. There are also ice creams and coffee shops. The cost of how traditional the meals are here are the same, and when it comes to the outside trips, there is a place where everyone eats together, and it feels a little more costly. When I lunch last week ago, a full veg tali and a water bottle combined with GST up to 300 hundred, but those who travel long distances should look at the hunger and cleanliness of the index. Since it is supposed to be Kapilathirth, Kapileswara Swamy and Kamaksha in the field will first visit Abayanjaneya Swamy and come out and lunch in the field.

😡😡😡😡😡😡 I am writing to share my recent experience at your restaurant on 28/07/2024 Unfortunately, I must express my deep disappointment with the service I received, which significantly marred our visit.

During our meal, we were served by a waiter named Kiran, whose conduct was far from acceptable. His rude behavior, lack of basic English communication skills, and overall attitude were quite distressing. It was evident that he was reluctant to take our order simply because we ordered fewer items. His negative body language and dismissive demeanor made us feel extremely uncomfortable in front of other diners. This is not the level of service one expects, especially when the bill was substantial.

In stark contrast, another waiter, Miss Vinutha, provided excellent service with a smile, serving all our food with great posture and professionalism. The ambiance of the restaurant was excellent, and the food was delightful, which makes it even more unfortunate that Kiran's behavior overshadowed these positive aspects.

I strongly urge the Green Meridian management team to address this issue seriously. Proper training on customer service is essential, particularly for Kiran, to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the value of their order.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope my feedback will lead to improvements in your...

If you're in Tirupati and searching for an authentic South Indian culinary experience paired with a stellar ambience, this restaurant should top your list. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere captivates you with its elegant yet culturally rich decor, blending traditional South Indian aesthetics with modern touches.

Food: The highlight here is, of course, the food. Each dish feels like a celebration of South Indian flavors—be it the perfectly crisp dosas, the aromatic sambars, or the soft, fluffy idlis. Their chutneys and podis (spiced powders) are an absolute delight and elevate every bite. Don’t miss trying their filter coffee, which is nothing short of divine.

Ambience: The ambience deserves special mention. It’s not just about dining; it’s an experience. Whether you're seated in their cozy interiors or enjoying the carefully designed outdoor seating, the vibe is relaxing and inviting—perfect for family gatherings or a quiet meal.

Staff: The staff here are incredibly kind and attentive, always serving with a smile. Their readiness to customize dishes and recommend specialties adds a personal touch that makes you feel genuinely welcome.

Overall, this restaurant isn’t just a place to eat; it’s where you savor the essence of South Indian hospitality. A must-visit for food lovers and those seeking a warm, memorable dining experience...

We are from Malaysia and had a really enjoyable dining experience here. The food was absolutely delicious, we ordered three different types of naan, all of which were soft, flavourful, and perfectly made. A big compliment to the naan chef for such wonderful preparation.

The restaurant was quite busy and packed with guests, and we noticed the staff working hard to manage everything. Among them, one staff member named Kausalya truly stood out. She was extremely helpful, listened attentively to our order, and even guided us on choosing the right drinks. Her polite, kind, and professional approach to handling customers made a big difference in our experience.

At first, the staff member who started taking our order left halfway to attend to another customer without completing it, which left us a little frustrated. Honestly, if not for Kausalya stepping in promptly, we might have left the restaurant. Thanks to her, everything was resolved smoothly, and our dining experience turned positive.

The service was also very quick, lour food and drinks arrived in less than 15 minutes. Overall, we had a good experience here. My only suggestion would be that all staff should try to be as attentive and customer-focused as Kausalya to ensure every guest feels heard and taken care of. Highly...
