Hotel Kinnera Comforts — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

We booked this hotel via goibibo. Before reaching the hotel I received three calls from the hotel asking for our check in time (which was 3.30 AM) and every time they assured me about the confirmation of my booking of 2 AC rooms. On reaching the hotel at 3.30 AM with my wife, 4yr daughter, and in laws (both senior citizens) they give different reasons for not providing the booked rooms.||Reasons were||1. Some visitors were suddenly ill so they did not checked out.||2. Later they said that they do not have any information about our booking||3. Even they told us to go to another hotel||I was disgusted and called goibibo...they instructed the hotel manager to arrange a room for us ASAP...the manager arranged a room for us at about 7.30 AM in another hotel for the time being...and finally we checked in in Kinnera at 11.10 AM||Don't book this hotel because all the guys at the reception are biggest liar I have ever seen in my life. ||Now if anyone wants to book the hotel then be mentally prepared...

We booked 2 rooms at Hotel Kinnera Comforts via Flipkart Travel for our 3 days & 3 Nights stay at Vizag and got an amazing Discounted Price for this 3-Star Hotel. Staffs were really polite and courteous. Had Complimentary breakfast with Tea/Coffee, with the breakfast menu being Dosa, Idli, Puri, Upma. Food was really good. Rooms were neat and clean with housekeeping team doing the cleaning regularly. I also got the Spa facility (Meghavi Wellness Spa) for my mother via Front office exclusive membership booking at just 1800/- and it was damn good!

Just opposite the Hotel Kinnera comforts, we get the Bombay Restaurant serving both Veg and Non-veg options and Ganpati Restaurant serving Pure Veg options. Hotel is approx. 10-15 mins away from RK Beach (via auto) and just 7-10 mins (walking distance) to Major Local markets like Jagadamba Market and Purna Market for all the...

well normally I don't review but I'm so angry that I have to review. room doesn't look like the pictures 2.very small bed my foot was out of bed and I'm only 166 cm bed wasn't clean stain on bedsheet and cover I forced myself to sleep checkout at 11 they are calling me from 8:30 to check out twice they called before I leave I asked them why I did he says reminding u that you have to check out obviously if I'm in hotel I won't forget something such checking out they have breakfast menu but the food not there there was no soda no even butter and jam the only nice thing happened to me in this place to be honest that the guy lift the bag for me for the front door of hotel to my cab I want to thank him. over all I don't recommend it and I don't know those reviews are fake or what I don't know how someone could like this hotel...
