I stayed here for the 'paid quarantine'. Fristly, I expected a lot bigger list of hotels certified for the paid quarantine once we were taken to the Govt Covid Facility for initial screening. I was surprised there is only a representative from this hotel and another hotel (beyond my budget). On google reviews, at first glance, the score looked good enough to opt for this hotel. Well, turns out, there is cost cutting across the board: Wifi speed is ~1 mega-bit per second atmost with lots of lag. This has made it unsuable for my offfice VPN session. (Thankfully, airtel 4G in my mobile came to rescue. Otherwise, I would have been 'done'.) Hot water comes only in the morning from 6-8 AM and from 7-8.30 PM. Are you kidding me ? I end up working in another country time zone and have to wake up early again just for hot water bath! That too, its warm water by the feel of it! Room has 'just a couple' of mosquitoes, fruit flies and some more flying variety in washroom. Take your pick. (Thanks to my handy bro-in-law for handing over some insect killer sprays, managed these nicely.) The ventilator in the washroom does not work! I am not sure where will all the humidity from washroom go if it does not work ? I called on 4th day to check on my arrangements for the covid test. The standard reply from reception: 'we are working on it.' 5th day came and even after a dozen calls, its the same reply. Apparantly its free. I am ready to 'pay and load that pocket' if there is a faster service. But, sending cusomters right after 7 days is bad for business!. The room definitely needs an overhaul. The furnisihings and flooring have scratches, there is excessive scaling on all bathroom fittings. Now for the good part: Taste of the Food is fantastic. Beyond what we typically find in hotels these days. However, quantity is subjective. I think, living all by what gets dropped at the door may be difficult. (My family members kept on supplying me with nice stuff to eat. So, I got covered.) For the 'discounted price', the size of the room is 'okay'. (There is TV but I have not even turned it on due to lack of time. So not sure if anything comes at all.) Reception and service staff are very polite. Very helpful is answering questions quickly. Overall, I would not recommend this place. May be it was great during the 'normal times' but definitely not recommended under the current...
Read moreI regret to stay here for 6-7 days, its an unfortunate to stay here. Due to covid quarantine n medical officers collaboration/tie ups with the hotel makes to opt this hotel based on their suggestions. I hope that it would be good decision to stay here bt it turned out into nightmare to me.
Room was not cleaned when I enter, full of dust and sticky, post calls they did room service. A/C with foul smell and leakage of water from Refrigerator Hot water available from 6-9 am/5-8 pm .. common this is not pilgrimage area n hotel was not resided there, am international traveler , had jet lag n when I woke up with different times and no hot water at all while took shower , adjusting with mild water. One soap(10g) and shampoo for 6-7 days, how funny.. luckily i carried my toilet-ere kit which makes me safe. Towels and floor towel, only 2 for whole week .. disgusting, even house keeping can't enter into the rooms, minimum needs to be supplied.. On request , towels will be provided. 6.Self quarantine time killing option is internet , the internet supports just browsing and that too dead slow.. (100-300 kbps speed).. A 3 star hotel is offering this facility of internet. Good thing here is food was bit good than all these and staff was friendly Mosquito's in the A/c rooms , interesting with out windows open, mosquito's entering into the room :)
Not sure , this special features for quarantine allocated rooms only after paying decent charges per day.. I can say its 1-2 star hotel and not a 3 star hotel.. Never feel uncomfortable to share this great experience with public and never recommend this great...

We are 2 people the Covid-19 second wave lockdown was effective we travelled by car from Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam and reached just after 12.30 noon. Both of us are hungry and booked accommodation and all meals. There was no body to guide where to park the vehicle (First shock), after understanding the topography of the building, we parked in the basement, that is 1 level below ground level. Looked for the elevator, the basement was dark, while looking for the elevator, this sign of "We are not responsible for your vehicles" caught my attention ( Second shock) We found no elevator, we hauled the luggage to reception, I was in quandary, that we might have missed the elevator. When asked about the elevator, receptionist said there is no elevator (Third shock) Reached room and they said that set meals will be served in the room, and no buffet. Then got a call asking for 2 items in non-veg that is chicken and prawns, I said as we are 2 people send each one. They said only one item will be sent (Fourth shock) They sent luckily both items along with a veg curry, but the rice and chapathi were of veru little quantity and it wasn't enough at all.(Fifth Shock) Same rationed quantity repeated in the evening, so next day when lockdown was relaxed in the next morning, went outside and had good breakfast. All in all it is not worth the penny you spend, next day booked The Supreme on beach road for half of the price and shifted...
