KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

We have visited KFC RAJAHMUNDRY, On dt. 14/01/2024. Outlet Address: shop no:79, 7/13, Big Bazaar road, Shyamala Nagar, Annapurnammapeta, Rajahmahendravaram, Andhrapradesh-53310.

My complaint is We have ordered around above Rs: 4000 food. Food was not in expected taste. Staff have half knowledge they haven't explained about food what ever questions I have ordered. And while eating time they haven't gave coke meanwhile food was almost over . I were asked them simply they co2 is not their. While eating middle of the time one of the girl came and I asked her to get the big8 bucket one for meanwhile I gave my card to pay bill also, they haven't taken my card . They said that we will order the food and get it to our table.later sometime I went to counter and I found that simply they are chit chatting and they haven't booked my order and not get. Again I told them to get the food. They said okay meanwhile I was eating before ordered food. But they haven't get my food to my table . And outlet was no too much busy and it was completely free. with my family 2 families are that to each family have 2 to 3 people we are 9members. I was very disappointed with the girls behaviour and I was not found this kind of behavior I'm any kfc outlet. 2nd thing is food was very worst. Not in expected taste. I told them rectify it. But they aren't. Again they me cold food with worst taste. And outlet was not run with AC also . We told them to on the AC. AND Minimum washrooms were not cleaned properly. It was too smelly. Everything was very worst experience. They haven't given order no or receipt to find out my order details. Simply they called me how will i found that is my order?? I and my family mem haven't found this kind staff behaviour and experience in any outlet of Andharu Pradesh. So, please make sure it should not repeated. I had visited many branches of kfc but nowhere I felt this bad experience.

First time my friend had visited the store and ordered few items for take away and they missed popkorn out of it and my friend realised it at his home that some part of his order is not delivered.

Next time I had visited the store and ordered for take away and this time keeping my friend incident in my mind I had checked and found my drinks are missing in it. After I had asked them I got my order correctly.

The 2nd time I had visited the store, this time everything was given correctly but the packing is bad in such a way the cool drink has been slipped down because of bad packing(I am carrying it to my car from store). This just happened in the short distance of me carrying the cool drink from store to car.

The third time when I visited to store there is no menu being displayed. There is not even a menu card to check the food items available which made myself discomfort to order. Even though I had ordered, the packing this time is bad that chicken crispy packet is semi open (not packed properly) which is a very bad thing. Also until I had asked they did not provide me spoons for rice box.

But one thing for sure, the food is good here that is the reason I am visiting the store again and again eventhough I am not comfortable with the service being provided.

In general I am a big fan of KFC. but here in this store I feel this type of incidents affecting KFC brand image.

I had written series of incidents that I observed and experienced. I am not sure if only me having a bad experience in here. I am just sharing what I had experienced. But I would request the store manager to look into this so that the quality of service can be improved.

What do you need to know before visiting this outlet 🛑✋

1. I ordered large popcorn from Zomato and received regular popcorn in return
2. I mediately took pictures of it and sent to Zomato officials so that they can rectify this issue
3. Zomato officials and me at the same time we are trying to call the outlet but no one answered
4. The famous spice seasoning is not there on popcorn
5. The staff there do not know how to handle a KFC outlet they do not know how to handle a KFC order they do not know the difference between different sizes that are available 6)This isn’t the first time that I have faced this issue the employees there are completely clueless regarding their menu
6. Ultimately Zomato refunded me with hundred rupees and I really don’t care abt that The customer service that I have received personally from this outlet is disastrous and I would not suggest anyone to go here. I have eaten KFC many many many times to know the difference between one item and another.

After Uploading this review I know that a KFC official word asked me to review in the website and to them I say that I have already tried but your website seems to clash a lot.

If you are really keen on making business in this city then you must educate your staff.
