Itsy Hotels Sri Sai Grand Inn — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in over 20 years of travel. We were traveling with our 8-month-old baby and specifically asked if the room was properly cleaned. The front desk assured us it was — that was a complete lie.

We walked into a room with cockroaches crawling around, dust and hair everywhere, filthy sheets, and a sprinkler lying inside the toilet bowl. Absolutely disgusting.

When we asked for a room change, they gave us a two-bed setup instead of a king. When we raised concern about the gap between the beds and the danger to our baby, the staff laughed and made careless, mocking comments.

They claimed the bathroom was under maintenance, yet assigned us the room after multiple confirmations. The staff were unhelpful, even suggesting we combine two single beds for our baby to sleep on, showing reckless disregard. After a 30-minute ordeal, we were moved to an even worse room. I booked a suite room through treebo for 1700/-. when I wanted to check in they demanded extra payment saying it is not possible for that price. Later after lot of argument Treebo guys adjusted the amount to them. when book at the price given in the app what is the necessity for the guest to go through all this. The price in treebo is still the same at 1700/- Hotel demands 2400/-. guest is the one losing temper and time. I hated my experience this time. Treebo and the hotel should sort this out.
