The food is always bursting with traditional flavors, and every dish reflects incredible attention to detail. The true highlight of our experience was head Chef Chanti Garu. Their passion for cooking shines through in every plate. Whether it’s the aromatic biryanis, the spicy curries, or the starters you'll taste the dedication and skill in every bite. Visited this restaurant today with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary since it’s close to our house — just a walkable distance. We hadn’t tried this place before, and it turned out to be quite busy. The seating was a bit uncomfortable and not very spacious, especially for two people, which made the service a bit challenging.
Despite that, we managed to find a small spot in the corner. The service was quick, and the staff was very attentive. We ordered one starter, Paneer Kaju Biryani, and ended with a dessert. The starter wasn’t up to the mark, but the dessert was excellent — we learned that they make it in-house, which explains the rich taste.
The overall ambience was nice, and the food was tasty, though slightly expensive. The portion sizes were enough for two people unless you have a big appetite. I would rate the place 4.5 out of 5 based on today’s experience. The main challenge is parking since it’s located beside UTK, and evening traffic makes it difficult to stop even for a few minutes.
Worth a visit if you don’t face any parking or...
Read moreWe decided to order the natukodi, hoping for an authentic experience, but it fell short of our expectations. While the flavor was passable, it lacked the genuine essence one would anticipate from such a traditional dish. The mutton special biryani, however, was a significant letdown. The taste was underwhelming, and the mutton itself had a rubbery texture that detracted greatly from the overall culinary experience. In summary, the meal did not live up to the anticipated standards, leaving much to be desired in both authenticity and quality. Moreover, the pricing of the dishes did not reflect the quality provided. The cost was exorbitant, which only amplified our dissatisfaction with the meal. It's disheartening when the value does not align with the expense, and in this case, the premium price tag was not justified by the culinary...
