Hotel ROYALE de CASA — Hotel in Assam

Hotel Royale de Casa, as the name suggests indeed is very impressive and has successfully maintained its standards. I had visited it's restaurant De'licious during Durga Puja 2019, which is the peak time for any restaurant and while most restaurant's services gets degraded during this time, the service of the staff working here was highly impressive. We were a group of 10 people when we entered the restaurant, which was already quite full. At this sight we felt that it won't be possible for us to get a table there but the staff after knowing the situation immediately cleared some space, joined tables and made a good big table to accommodate our group. We were very happy. The interiors of the hotel right from the lobby to restaurant is given a royal look with antique type of furnitures. There is a swimming pool too behind the lobby which can be seen occupied by customers not to swim but to take pictures of themselves with the pool behind.We were also no exception to that...😄 Food was extremely tasty. Chicken Manchow Soup, Crispy chilli baby corn, Fried Rice, Butter Naan, Chilly Chicken, Daal tadka, Mixed Veg, Mutton Rogan Josh etc were all very delicious. Mutton Rogan Josh is a must try and is highly recommended by me. I had not eaten such soft ,spicy and tasty mutton in any restaurant of Guwahati till I visited Royal de Casa.It was really fantastic.The quality of the mutton was very good too and they had served a good quantity too. However as it was Durga Puja they had replaced their usual menu with Puja Special Menu with the price of each item increased to upto 20- 25% . This system is done in all the restaurants during Puja so it was not a shock for us. Overall a very good experience there. Looking forward to visiting this...

If any visits to Guwahati and have official or personal works on the route Beltolla -Survey- Dispur Last Gate - upto Basistha Chariali NH 37 , then undoubtedly this is indeed till date better hotel to stay with family or for self stay provided must have good financial capacity to afford Room Tariff between Rs.3500 to 5000 per day for 2 person , for other family members additional may need to pay.

Hotel's interior and exterior decoration is really like a palace, design of the building like a Mahal. It has small but pretty good oval shape swimming pool backside of the hotel.

And last but not the least behaviour and hospitality service of Reception and Room service are very mild and decent.

It may be a small building interior size of the hotel but very organized and felt like 3 star *Hotel. Room service staffs and reception are well verse in Hindi apart from local languages of Assam i.e. Assamese, Bangla , but didn't notice them having good command over English as well.

Location of the Hotel may be situated along the main Road but even though it's found peaceful and we'll transport communication point.

Guwahati Railway station is around 8 kilometre far from the Hotel and Guwahati LGB International Airport around 20 kilometres and most holy location Maa Kamakhya Mandir around 16 kilometre.

I wish hotel authority should develop better and constant coordination with visiting guests at the hotel. I rate three star overall the hotel ambience...

While returning from Kaziranga, we stayed here overnight since we had to catch the morning flight on return. Considering our very good experience in Kzziranga, in the hotel of the same owner, expectations had increased.||The location was nice, but I did not realise that Guwahati would be so so crowded :-).||Unfortunately, the wear and tear and the lack of basic maintenance was showing. One could not sit on the chair since the seats needed to be refurbished, changed. ||What I saw the moment I entered the room can be seen in the picture. Other walls (e.g. under the window) had the same problem. Was very very disappointed.||My request and suggestion to the management......it does not take more than one day to get one room fixed up --- paint and chair cushion etc. ||For the price of the room, we did not expect...
