Amrit Charan Changmai ,your receptionist must be fired immidiately, I had a horrible stay for two days because of his unprofessional attitude towards the guest. A hotel is a place where the guest should be welcomed with humility and professionalism but this guy has the worst attitude I have seen in any hotel around the World in my whole life. I am a travel blogger and I have been to even the remotest corner of the country as well as abroad but have never experienced such a bad, ego filled,unprofessional attitude and dealing, receptionist like this fellow. The OYO authority must take notice and give this fellow an explanation call and either terminate him immidiately or send him to some kind of hospitality training so that he will be better equipped with the basics and all the tools needed to be a proper receptionist with atleast basic hospitality skills. room was excellent. but the bathroom's door lock and the toilet flush were not working. the ac was too noisy that we couldn't sleep. it was told earlier that we will get the breakfast at 8:30am. later on they told that there is no cook, and hence you won't get breakfast. hence we starved till 12pm. during the check-in the staff asked to pay by scanning the qr code, but we paid the cash through the app but he didn't like it. he asked to wait for 30 minutes without even checking the status of payment. but thanks to oyo, we didn't wait as the payment reflected quickly on the portal. we have requested for a toilet freshner as it was stinking badly. during check out, the staff wanted to submit the review in front of him, and he was trying to post good review himself but i stopped him and said i'll review it later. once again, the room was excellent, and the rest...
