Worst possible management, biggest thiefs they are. Do not trust anything Mr Vijay and his associates tell during the booking time. If you ask some changes to the menu or try negotiating the price, he'll tell that he'll talk to his management and confirm. But he never will. If you pay your advance, he'll never confirm. The day before the event, he'll decline everything. They know that you'll have no other choice and exploit you to the max. When you confront him, he'll ask for proof (better to have your voice recording on when you talk to Vijay)
Coming to his associates, they are utter useless, specialy Preethi and the other guy Vinay or something.
If you are booking for big events, and are taking rooms. The management is so fdup that they don't have enough key cards, so they give one key per room. There will be many guests who will be using the room for dressing up. On top of this idiots in the reception activate the key card for 30mins, you'll have to beg these people to reactivate them.
On top of this, you'll need key card to go to floors 1-3. You need to again beg these idiots (who most of the time is no where to be found) every time to come put their mastercards so that guests coming to the event can access the rooms. They say it is for "security " purpose, but there are stairs right next to it which can take you to each and every floor.
Once the event time is done, old age guests who are trying to access the floors 1-3. Vinay ask them to go through stairs as the person with access card is gone or go to ground floor, ask receptionist to put in keycard and get back up to 1st or 3rd floor. If not possible he asked me to go down and get keycard for myself.
You select menu items that you want, but on event date some of the items will be different. We had ticked pineapple pastry, they gave pineapple mousse. When you ask them they'll show a sheet that they would have forged and make it look like your mistake.
You have to beg for welcome drink, food refill. They'll take 10-15 mins to refill welcome drink. We had 135 guests, they put up 60 welcome drinks and tell it's done.
During booking time, I even heard Vijay talking to his buyer to purchase cheapest items in market for some other event.
Do not give decoration to the decoration guy (Dhinesh, HR events). His prices are double the competition.
Adding to the issues, none of the management or workers know kannada. You can talk to management with English or Hindi. The working level employees don't know know English, you can't manage without knowing Hindi/English.
After the baby shower event, my wife was unable to eat much, she did not have rasmalai, she asked for 2 pieces to be packed so that she can eat in home. Mr Vinay rudely told it cannot be given. We are giving the hotel more than a lakh of business and these people become aholes by not giving 20 rupees worth rasmalai.
Do not believe them when they offer you that they'll reduce GST from 18% to something less. They don't at the end payment.
We asked Vijay for additional beeda and banana. He told he'll discuss with manager everytime we asked for confirmation. Never confirmed. The day before the event when we called, he told beeda not possible, but can give banana. On the event day, the banana that they gave was unripe, and nobody are (I felt it was done purposefully)

Firstly, I'd like to clarify that the hotel stay was pretty good. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. I am, however, giving the place 2 stars due to the service on Check out and due to the service at the restaurant.
We checked out on the 20th of December, 2021. There was a lady at the reception that morning and she prepared many loose leaf receipts instead of the final receipt. She made us pay an amount which felt very off to me. I, hence, decided to sum all the values in each of the loose leaf receipts and compare it with the value I paid. It turned out I was right. An extra INR 2000 was paid by me. I went to clarify it with the lady up front and she didn't agree with me at first and THAT is when she decided to give me the final receipt which included all the receipts and ANOTHER loose receipt valued at about INR 1000 which, I felt, was kept hidden away to go along with this "Scam" of hers. However, another INR 1000 of mine was still with her and she couldn't come up with an explanation for that and had to return the EXTRA INR 1000 she took. Note that I had asked them to prepare all of this from a day before checking out and they had mentioned the correct amount at the time. However, when paying the next day, she told a false value. I encourage everyone to be wary of your payments there. I have never experienced anything like this in the multiple hotels I've stayed at while travelling. Next, talking about the restaurant, cleanliness was bad. I saw a roach traveling on the walls of the buffet tables, one of the bowls had a dead cockroach in it, the tables felt oily and dirty. Most of their waiters were highly challenging to deal with. Communication was a massive impediment at the place. Either they'd bring the food prepared wrongly or wouldn't understand us at all. For example, when asking for tea, I was brought COFFEE. Food also took AGES to come in. I'm talking 20ish minutes for just simple toast. Unacceptable. I don't know who is to blame for that, but they'd take an excessively long time to get anything prepared and judging by the shouts I heard beside me, it's safe to say that not only I felt the same.
