Akshara Regency — Hotel in Bengaluru

Worst hotel I ever stayed. I had booked the hotel through OYO. When I had reached of check in and they denied checked in. They told me that no room available. Hotel management is big lier. I had reached there after 2000 Km journey and they harassed me like that. Later I had complained that to OYO. OYO took 2 more hours to provide me a room in the same room. Bedsheets are not clean and I stayed there for 3 days, they never cleaned the room. Room are without any ventilation and AC, so it's very suffocative. Not drinking water facility in room. Room looks are not secure. Anyone can access to your room. I will personally suggest to avoid this hotel. If there were options I could have provide zero rating...

The destination is excellent. My overall experience at the hotel was very good. Good parking facility was there. I am a regular visitor of the hotel for my official trip to bangluru. I was very much satisfied with the rates and service of the hotel. The hotel was conveniently located. The surrounding of the hotel was good. The interior and exterior of the hotel were excellent. Booking and front office staff were friendly. The hotel's service was good. There was no issue faced during check-in and check-out. The room was good. Hot water facility was there. All basic amenities were there. Everything at the hotel was perfect. The food of the hotel was good. I would recommend this...

The staffs are really aggressive. Rooms smell bad. The staffs made me wait for AC repair for 5:30 hours and after frustration when I asked for refund (appx. 14,500/- , they refused. Even they said that you can complain to police if you want to but we won't refund a penny (which was a threatening message). I had booked 2 rooms for 4 days via cleartrip. When I called cleartrip support 4 times, it was only reply I got that "sorry for your inconvenience". The pictures shown on internet are not in actual. It is really dirty to the extent that you will fall sick.

I was thinking to put an FIR but since my trip was for academic purpose for 4 days so I didn't. Kindly avoid staying...
