Hotel Green Tree Bangalore — Hotel in Bengaluru

We stayed there twice at a gap of a week for a night each time.||||Thumbs up for:||||1. Excellent location... very near to Yeshwanthpur Railway Station, Metro Station and State Bus Terminus. ||2. The rooms are quite big and very very clean.||3. Toilet is clean too.||4. Helpful staffs.||5. Though the hotel has no restaurant, you can find a number of good eateries near to this hotel. There is a good restaurant too at the ground floor of the same building.||6. There are numerous shops around to fulfill almost all your needs as the hotel is situated on the main road.||7. Good public transport facilities are there.||||Thumbs down for :||||Actually there are no such prominent point to down the thumb. But the experience we faced on the last day at the hotel forced me to give them a 4 star instead of 5. ||||There was no water from the early morning (may be from mid-night, we just noticed the fact at 5 o'clock at morning) !!! We called the reception and they informed us that the motor was not working and they can't do anything... We had our own drinking water with us (They forgot to provide us drinking water on that day) and we had to use it, but it was finished in a moment... It was a horrible moment for us. We had a child with us and just imagine the situation when in the morning you could not go to toilet, could not brush your teeth, you don't have a drop of water to drink...||||We called the reception again and after two or three calls they stopped receiving a call... when we decided to run to the reception we noticed something wrong !!! Our room was on third floor and the reception was on second. They locked the door beside the staircase and the lift from outside !!! so, we was literally locked... neither we go to the reception nor they received our call !!! We were completely perplexed then... after repeated dial to the reception they receive our call and opened the door... At around 7 o'clock a staff brought two buckets of water for us... but, they could nothing except that... every time we asked them about progress, they told us in ten minutes everything will be okay. But at the time of our check out they could do nothing but to say a Sorry for our inconvenience. ||||So, it was clear that they had no backup for such technical faults. A sorry is not a replacement for someone's suffering. I will request the Management, please plan to arrange some backups for such unwanted situations as soon...

As a trip advisor official member,|Personally satisfied with this hotel.|Some friends booked me this place and decided to put up few nights.Let me explain in details.||Advantages:|Good location, easy access, plenty of food stalls and restaurants around,banks,safe for tourists.|Like the staffs there ,thank you for the hospitality( have called them more thn 10x without failing they came with full of patience)|Polite staffs and helpful and friendly.|Cleanliness:I would Gv a 3.8/5|Beds: hard ,cushion: soft|Basic amenities in the toilet available|Hot water provided upon request.|Ac good, comfortable huge room.|Money changer upon request would come up.|Bed coffee tea available upon request.|Inet connection was fairly good.|||Disadvantage:Can be noisy as its surrounded by restaurants, vehicle honk sound heard always , staffs sometimes speaks loudly so it may irritate u.|My room toilet wasn't so clean as saw staining a in the toilet and the walls and the workers didn't sweep below the bed so was bunch of dust and hair.|Price: I paid rm 170 per night after discount for 3 in a room which is abit over priced compared to my country but I Guess it's still reasonable.|Water is not refilled daily|The worst that I didn't really like was my room's power points and aircond:almost all the power points was having short circuit as it destroyed my original Apple charged by hving a small short circuit.|My aircond was leaking and there was a noisy motor sound on my 2nd day causing us sleepless night.But when complaint they will attend to U and try thier best to repair it.||Other wise I would recommend for Travellers to stay here as its comfortable and generally not bad.||Thx to the management and staffs for you hospitality.See you the next time I'm...

A decent hotel located just above A2B, this place offers reasonably good accommodation. The rooms are well maintained with tasteful interior designs. Safety of the guests are also assured with the presence of a couple of surveillance cameras.
