Comfort Inn Insy Mathikere Horrible Behaviour By Mr Sumanta Paul Manager F&B

Dear Mohan ,

We have visited Comfort Inn Insys Mathikere today with a confirmed booking by Dineout (detailed Attached) , after reaching there sharp by 9.04 PM Female Staff at Cinders Roof Top Bar and Restaurant , Informed us she don't have any update on our booking she informed Mr Sumanta Paul Manager F&B , we have shown him mail and our confirmed Status on Mail and dineout App , He request us to wait for 10 - 15 Minutes and He will provide us table ,

After more then 15 Minutes , we were waiting at down and we noticed guest going out from Roof Top Resturant , I approached him and request him for a table he said , With attitude I have told you to come after 10 minutes and I don't have table for you .

I said I have confirmed Table booking from Dineout , he said its not my probelm , I asked him what is your name , he said i will give you my visiting card ,and he has given his visiting card to me , there are vacant table available ,Image at 9.21 Attached .

At 9.24 I called Mr Abhijeet DasGupta Number available at Dineout App , I informed him the incidence and Behaviour of Mr .Sumanta Paul Manager F&B , Mr Gupta Called Mr Paul , Infront of me Mr Paul , Said I don't have table and disconnect the Phone and even didn't talk to Abhijeet DasGupta .

Mr Paul Come to me and said you will not get the table today ,to whom so ever you want to call and talk you can do so , but you will not get table today .

Mr Paul come to me and tried provoking me , i said you are not doing your job , this is not expected from a F&B Manager , you are damaging comfort Inn a International Brand reputation , as I was with my family and littel 7 year old daughter , i left the place and come to hotel lobby .

I had spoken to reception , Mr Gupta Shared GM number and ask me to speak to him , and from reception i have take the Comfort Inn Franchisee Partner Number Mr Mohan .

As we left hotel to have dinner outside and while in our way we called GM Mr Raghu ,my wife spoke to Mr Raghu , He apologized and also send an Apology message which looks moreover Auto Responder .

Having this kind of person with behavioural issue is gross damage to the hotel reputation and brand name ?

we as an family it was very Bad experience for us , and we are still trying to make our littel daughter understand why a manager in Resturant behaves like this with us .

I request and demand a written Apology from Mr Sumanta Paul Manager F&B and written assurance as he will not behave with Hotel Guest in future like this and an explanation why he behaved like this...

Cinders - "The magical rooftop". The perfect place to take your loved one on a romantic evening date!

It is a rooftop restaurant of Comfort Inn Insys hotel. The place is dimly lit with a breathtaking view of Bengaluru, Slow oldie music and a mystic fountain with a small pool which completes the magical scene.

Coming to the food, Their menu is not huge bt is thoughtfully handpicked as very dish is yummilicious.The items that we ordered were:

Mocktails:

Cool Cool Strawberry - Rs. 150

Beach Sunset- Rs. 150

Mocktails not only tasted fabulous but they looked really ravishing. All thanks to the bartender Rahul whose hospitality was A class and even served us with special off the menu mocktails which were amazing.

Appetizers:

Gulabi Murg Tikka -Rs. 325

Murg Khasiyat - Rs. 325 (Must try)

Ghosht Angara - Rs. 325

All the appetizers were prepared on a live grill and came to us in a sizzler form which was again amazing.

Main Course:

Chicken Makhanwala - Rs. 375

Dal Makhni - Rs. 250

P.S One of the tastiest Dal Makhnis available in Bengaluru for sure.

Tandoori roti - Rs. 75 each

The main course was sumptuous and belly satisfying!

Overall the place was lovely, the food was great and the hospotality was heart warming. A must try for people looking forward to a romantic date evening.

Speacial Thanks to Mr. Santosh who appeared at the drop of a hat and served us so lovingly.

Would love to visit this place again soon and would rate it 4.5/5 for it being a complete package of amazong ambience, great food and fabulous...

We went to Cinders Rooftop (Comfort Inn Insys) Mathikere. It is a great place for family! Highly recommended this place for all ages. My dad aged 87 accompanied us, and he enjoyed every moment, as well as my 12 yrs old neice! The host stewards were all smiles! Isha, was so helpful and a great smile she had whenever, we requested for orders. Her collegues Bunny and another girl was equally outstanding in their service approach. We got everything we ordered and on time, and never they missed anything. The combination of East and West, with Indian cuisine happed with our Karoke Host, Mr Daniel. He was truely outstanding in his interactions, and he gently nudged me to come to stage to join Live karoke! in between the food! What a lovely moment we had with all the tables folks cheering us, and also they danced along! We want to come back to this place again! This is truly good for Family, ladies and kids, aged people as well. The owners of this place has done very good job of providing lovely food, entertainment, great roof top dinner which has natural fresh air, and also pool side tables for cozy people who want to spend private moments! we had mixture of people, a group of spinsters wishing their collegue happy married life, another couple having quite dinner, another big family enjoying the karoke, a group of people from Norway, who came with family also sang! getting inspired by local songs! Overall, this is THE place for both cost and excellent value! Keep it up! Owners! you have a set of great people who are doing service...
