Crimson Lotus — Hotel in Bengaluru

I am writing to bring to your attention the unfortunate experience we had during our recent stay at your hotel. I regret to inform you that we encountered a significant issue with the maintenance of our room.

Upon entering the room, we were disturbed to find a distressing number of cockroaches present, not only on the floor but also on the mattress. We promptly reported this matter to your staff, hoping for a swift resolution. However, despite our complaints, no suitable action was taken to address the issue.

Furthermore, we also faced problems with the taps, as they were blocked, making it difficult for us to use them. Adding to our discomfort, the hot water supply was not functioning properly. These inconveniences further intensified our disappointment in the overall quality of the hotel.

Worst experience staying. I booked room online, looking at the pictures uploaded by the Hotel paying upfront Rs. 3300/-, where there was no bifurcation about the rooms. But actually alloted room was suffocating. 3 adults were adjusted in an inadequate space. Worst part was the person in reception with disgusting attitude. When enquired about the situation above, with not even a least expected politeness for customers... he initially denied the availablity of the room. Then alloted a tiny room neglecting the inconvenience it would be. Further argued & with all the arrogance of this world, insensitively asked to check out if not like the room. Very bad experience .. Booked the room for a day through yatra in 4 days advance to the check in date by paying the complete rent.. and even called the property one day previous to check the confirmation of my booking.. but just few hours before the check in time the hotel gladly cancelled my booking with a lame excuse by saying someone who was supposed to check out the room wants continue their stay for one more day..
