From delayed seating to abysmal service and discourteous staff behavior, every aspect of the visit left much to be desired.

However, to our dismay, we were informed that our table wasn't ready yet. Despite the prior reservation made well in advance, we were left standing in the foyer for a whole hour, waiting for a table to become available. The frustration and disappointment mounted as the minutes ticked by, casting a shadow over the entire dining experience.

Staff Rudeness: Adding insult to injury, the staff's demeanor only exacerbated the situation. Instead of offering apologies or attempting to rectify the delay, they were dismissive and displayed an indifferent attitude towards our predicament. Requests for updates on the status of our reservation were met with curt responses, further fueling our frustration and sense of being disregarded as patrons.

Pathetic Service: Once finally seated, one would expect the service to improve and the dining experience to regain some semblance of normalcy. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The service at Tawa Tandoor can only be described as abysmal. Orders took an eternity to be taken, and even longer to be fulfilled. It was evident that there was a severe lack of organization and efficiency in the restaurant's operations, leading to a chaotic and unsatisfactory dining experience.

Despite the restaurant not being particularly crowded, each dish seemed to take an eternity to arrive at our table. What should have been a leisurely lunch turned into a test of patience and endurance as we watched other tables being served before us, despite arriving later. The anticipation for the culinary delights promised by Tawa Tandoor quickly turned into disappointment and disillusionment as the minutes turned into hours, with no end in sight to our ordeal.

Even made a reservation since it was a weekend and the restaurant insisted that we do

The place and ambience, cleanliness and hygeine is great

Now the core of the matter,, we placed orders for the appetizer and waited 30 mins, other tables got occupied in front of us and started getting served there 2nd course while we were not served even something as basic as masala Papad, soup, etc

It was becoming a task to even catch the attention of the stewards who walked all around blindly without bothering that people are trying so hard to get their attention

The food was just average, portion is small, for a Punjabi cuisine this place scores 2/10, there was barely anything flavorful, spiced, or authentically tasty.

We ordered a paneer and mushroom tikka, some soup and a snack of which the steward conveniently forgot the mushroom dish, and served the rest after a full 30_35 mins after 2 reminders

The main course was even worse with the dal fry being as basic or more bland, and plain than what you'd get at a street vendor or even a South Indian restaurant.

The kadai veg was again very less in portion, without flavour and zest and overall for anyone looking for Punjabi good should never go here

The lassi was heavily diluted, unsweetened and served at room temperature

Tables were not cleared after the course, fresh cutlery was not provided after laying Plates for the second course, salad was not served with main course and the Last list just goes on n on...
