We had to check in at 6 am and we had already called and informed OYO rooms the previous day about this. However, on reaching, we came to know that they had no knowledge about this. They refused to accommodate us even though we offered to pay extra. We called and the head of OYO rooms talked to the manager but he still refused. They did not even let us keep our bags and as two girls in the city at such early time in the morning we had to roam around the city with our bags. The manager was very rude throughout. The hotel that I had planned to stay at got over booked and I was forced to go door to door in an auto rikshaw at 4:30 AM looking for a place to stay. Majestic Bus Stand has lots of hotels around it. Most were way beyond my budget. Hotel Shree Pawan Paradise had a tiny over rated room but since I wasn't staying the night that wasn't an issue. The area has a bad reputation and the one way road makes conveyance a nightmare. The staff was unruly and did not have keys to the room that I kept my luggage in. I had to shift to the third floor to an unoccupied room so I could keep my things locked. The reception was unprofessional and the overall atmosphere was that of...
