Such a worst response from the staff as well as the management. Myself from a corporate who stays here more than a 2 years, atleast once in a month. But as per the Mr. Karthikeyan - Front office associate, the management is not showing any interest in correcting their mistakes. A normal telephone in room which is been used to call room service or reception or house keeping is not working and it remains same in all the rooms of this hotel. This I have been informing more than a year and repeatedly raising a complaint in which no action was not take on that. If you wanna take any service then you need to go down to the reception and tell them only then it will happen after several hours. Thats the service being provided here. Last time I stayed here for 4 days and on the first day itself I have informed the reception that the telephone is not working and on the rest of the 3 days I used to tell them whenever I cross the reception and finally a technician came with a screwdriver for pulling out the button within seconds on the last day i.e 15 mins before my checkout. Till that time I used to go down to the reception for each and every request like ordering food... Room cleaning..towel etc.... And finally today almost all people/staffs agreed that management is not ready to correct the mistakes despite all the staff giving their feedback. So I have decided to move out along with my team and henceforth we doesn't want to stay here anymore. This is my advice to all other business class as well as family members if you want to have a peaceful stay better try some other properties. If you don't have any other option then you can choose this one. To update in the above issue which I posted yesterday. Toady that Karthikeyan from the reception is telling that we have seen your review and management has informed not to respond to customer queries and even whatever the customer wants to post ask them to post and these kinds of reviews doesn't will not impact our business. So let the customer post whatever they want and also they purposely stopping all the services to the room like water bottle.... Bathroom items etc. Don't know how they are still running this business. Worried for giving even 1 star. Suggest to give option to give negative star ratings to such kind of hotels. AND FURTHER SOME OF MY FRIENDS ARE STAYIING IN A NEARBY HOTEL NAMED (Will update in morning - Forgot the name) WHERE THE TARIFF IS LESSER THAN HERE AND ALSO THE ROOMS AS WELL AS THE SERVICES INCLUDING FOOD IS EXTREMELY GOOD. If you want to stay in 3 star hotel expecting better customer service this is not the right because staff here will shout at you and won't even care about your problem
Long story short : I'm have booked the hotel from 31/05/2023 - 03/06/2023 and I'm came to Bangalore for supporting a robotic surgery (I'm a Surgical Robotics specialist). On 2nd of June morning while leaving the hotel I handed over the key to receptionist and mentioned that I'll be coming back on afternoon by mistake my Associates done the booking only till 2nd and I got call from hotel receptionist (His name is KARTHIK) that I'm suppose to check out, because I was in surgery so I couldn't able to pick up the call without even understanding the situation the receptionist keep on call me more than 10 times (see the screen shot for reference) he didn't even give me time to even complete the surgey but after I done with the surgery done I called him back and explain him my situation without even listing me he started to shout at me as if I'm like a fraud... I'm explaining him that I have kept my belongings in the hotel itself and I'll be coming back but still he didn't care to listen me... I was standing in the surgery more than 6 hours but he didn't care anything about that just keep on shouting for staying more than the booked date...
But I called my associates and extended the stay till 3rd June and done the booking around 2:42pm of 2nd June...
When I reached the hotel and asked that guy "is this how you treat your customer by shouting at them" he started to denie the fact that he shouted and played victim card by acting like a innocent and for proof of his behavior and started to record a video (for detailed information watch the video that I attached) and once he realized that I was recording he talked softly to prove his fake innocence...
And when I asked him "Is attending his call more important than saving a life" that guy KARTHIK said "that is not my problem" and that shocked me more than anything, how can someone be this selfish about this problem than someone else life in a operation theater and then he demanded me RS. 1500 saying it's the fine for late booking (I delayed only for 2hrs) and he handed over my room key only after I became furious and shouted at him for his inhuman act (I'm not sure there is actual late fee in that hotel or he Planing to put that in his pocket) and the worst part is that the other employees of that hotel standing there like a statue and didn't even care to ask what's the problem.
If this is the kind of humanity and customer service you'll be experiencing by paying 2.5k per night is a huge wast of money and I'm sure you'll get much better hotels in...
