KFC — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Firstly in store we faced a lot of issues. It was just 7:30pm when we were ordering we were told no any Wednesday buckets available, with same statement 4 other customers were sent back. We had to buy something that was available, as per kfc staffs choice. As I had the sms received of 2pcs hot and crispy free on bill amount of 399/- I asked staff, Jagannath who had zero knowledge of what offers they have said directly no any such offers, I showed the message again he said that message is not applicable to me and he cannot give any offers. There was 1 guy at cash counter by some name range gowda or uday gowda he said no offers at all both were very rude. Pls check camera both were so rude at customers, customers had to leave store just because of the bad behavior. I myself then tried in the display order board and managed to get the free thing. When I told them about this Jagannath was so rude he said with angry if there is in bill then you will get. They made us wait for almost 45 minutes. Then a manager came I told him about all this, those two staff were not allowing that Manager to speak. Many customers again left store unhappy and in angry after waiting for such long. The manager tried to convince me and said he has even buckets and other stuff, I don't know how he said it's there as the staffs statement was Wednesday buckets not available at all. I took my stuff and came home. I was so annoyed to see the parcel did not contain in it what I had ordered. I had ordered carrabian burger meal,but he gave me spicy classic zinger 1, 1 double chicken role which had just a piece of chicken and nothing ,no stuffing at all and a stale chapati covered. Let me conclude it was the worst experience both customer service and food. Pls henceforth don't send me any messages, this is the last food at kfc. Pls change the attitude of your staffs. There are many others now! I have pictures of food ,yur store with no customer service happening , voice record of their behaviour with me and other customers and the videos. I have tried carrabian burger in other store previously so i ordered but vry much Disappointed with KFC, worst experience overall at KFC Vaishnavi yeshwantpur. They don't deserve even a single star! People may visit at their own risk, you...

Addition Review again after another year...

Year after year their service is degrading... We ordered from Zomato for adelivery, they accepted the order... After promised delivery time, the KFC outlet called and asked me to cancel the order... When I said I need my order, they cancelled the order... And Zomato PPL callede saying that KFC informed them that customer asked to cancel the order...

Pathetic Customer Service... go through my concerns regarding this outlet mentioned below... With every passing year, they have become disgusting... Also to add, last month, we went to this same outlet for dine in... The restaurant was empty yet all the tables were dirty with leftovers and spills all around... and they will never turn on the AC... The are adopting just mooney making and cost cutting methodology...

ordering online from this place is also disappointing...

KFC outlet at Orion mall and Jallahali can be better option...

This particular outlet is pathetic...

I went to this KFC for take away and was very disappointed. I ordered 3 rice bowls. Firstly the service staff who was packing my item for delivery wasn't wearing gloves which was really disappointing. When I reached home and was about to enjoy my lunch I found that one of the bowl had very less amount of rice which less than half of the container... Really very...

GOT BURNT BUN decided to get something to eat after long day of work and i receive burnt bun . i ordered a take away classic zinger burger with cheese. and i receive burnt bun and no cheese burger. after reaching home when i decide to eat the burger. SURPRISE!!! burnt burger. please provide good salaries to your employees with proper shifts . all the staffs seemed lost . messing up order, taking longer time to give orders , they were hardly 5 customers . how hard it is just 5 customers. that many staffs and still they couldn't do a proper job, fine taking longer to give orders , not giving proper reply. not helping . fine okay , i was fine with all these, after facing bad service the food you receive is worst than the service . i pay the money and i have to bear the shit service and upon that the food i paid for is burnt. lucky staffs that i ordered a take away. i was not the only one who faced this shit service , there was one customer i dont know for how long he had been waiting . when he asking the staff how long its gonna take , the staff is not even giving proper response . the customer was soo kind , was speaking soo calmly and the staffs is ignoring , showing attitude, what is wrong with this kfc outlet of yeshwanthpur vaishnavi sapphire. i couldnt even enjoy the burger i paid for , completely burnt taste , very poor , how can you even provide the burnt burger? dont you look at the burger while you are packing ,...
