I have very good experience of this place in the past and the owner is very courteous and the place offers value for money.

Basis my past experience I went for dinner today with my parents. On reaching the restaurant I was told to wait for 20 minutes. I could clearly see that a table for six had only one person sitting on it (who was waiting for takeaway).

My repeated requests to the staff to offer the table for us (despite it being empty) was unheard. I even requested them to take the order while I was waiting. They were not ready for the same.

Such was the situation that they were happy to let a customer go without eating and yet keep a table empty in anticipation of bigger group of dining in people.

Before stepping out I told multiple times to the staff that it was not the experience I had in the past and again requested them to allot a table. Their response was sir you can leave.

So honestly this place was a chance find - we had actually gone to try Byg Brewski or Absolute Barbecue but both were crowded and lot of wait time so we went in here in the Sapphire mall. Decent ambience, comfortable seating. We were a family of 5 so we tried mushroom ghee roast, spring roll for starters. Ghee roast was not really traditional ghee roast but whatever they made was tasty. For the mains - we had some tandoori roti's, shahi paneer korma, chole bature combo with chaas and veg fried rice. Everything tasted good and nice. There was only one person handling everything from counter, orders and serving and another person to assist me, unfortunately i did not get their names but they were doing an excellent job managing everything and apologizing for delays....

Worst service ever... Staffs are very rude... 1) they never provide food on time 2) while you are eating you can't eat peacefully if at all any other customer comes staffs ask you directly to finish your food fast and to leave the place.. Even when you have orders lined up.

Add on - there was empty table also still stressed us to finish the food fast and was Unapologetic

Note to the owner - how much ever you strive hard to attract ppl with good food. It's how you treat the customers with respect
