I was asked to accompany 2 of my friends who was on a business trip to Sakleshpur. We decided to stay in Bengaluru. I suggested my friends to stay in Hotel Mint Propus(which I regret now) as I have stayed in this hotel twice in the past (Was named Confident Propus at that time). We checked in at 11 in the night. The room was not as it use to be. We had to fight with the door everytime as it got struck. The switches was all for decorative purpose. There was only ONE working socket (that too for the mini fridge)for charging in the whole room. We planned to leave to Sakleshpur 4-4:30 in the morning. We woke up to know that the hot water comes only from 6 AM onwards. Serioulsy? This was the moment I completely lost my trust on this place. I guess Hotel Confdent propus has changed in a negative way to Hotel Mint Propus. I WILL not suggest this place for anyone...

Beware, Please check carefully your complimentary or paid water bottle or any thing served to room whether it is fresh or someone already used and recycled by hotelier.
I had observed and seen directly and clearly, They are collecting water bottles from dustbins on the rooms and recycling the water bottles by filling tap water and again serving to rooms as mineral water bottles. I recognised this issue on the second day and I had taken this issue to front office and front office guy called to manager regarding and she replied she does not what is happening in the hotel.
Forntoffice person accepted apologies and said next time it will not happen, I'm sure definitely I'll not come back...
Read moreThe Hotel is at a prime location, hence there is no proximity problems - The room is really work and spacious, worth the money that you spend. The only Con that I faced was, I reached the hotel late in the night and had to stay only till morning but the late night staff was very rude and inconciderate - He extorted early occupancy fee just for a few hours, I even asked him to backdate the booking as I was leaving in the morning but unfortunately he never listened - Made all the girls wait for almost half hour at the reception for all this drama - My request for the hotel management is " When you do so much to keep up the reputation and if the staff is not inline with your purpose of 'Serving' it all goes...
