Al Zaitoon Restaurant & Grill — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I had the worst experience at this so-called restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was absolutely terrible. Everyone, including the owner, was unbelievably arrogant and rude. We ordered a Chicken Mandi, and when we politely asked for extra rice (which was clearly advertised as unlimited outside), they started abusing us and flat-out refused to serve extra rice.

Now, coming to the food—this is hands down the worst Mandi restaurant in Bangalore. The food was so bad that we couldn't even eat it. We left the place without touching our meal and even canceled our parcel order because it was just that horrible. To top it off, when we went to the cashier, he was even more arrogant than the rest of the staff.

This place is a complete disaster. Do yourself a favor and NEVER visit this restaurant. Terrible service, rude staff, and horrible food—absolutely not worth your...

I was a daily customer in there but recently i just had some badly situations from there . I just faced really bad behavior from cashier and the staff also it’s not the first time i faced it . They don’t give any shity respect for the customers especially their cashier, that guy is too much arrogant and insulting us with a pitiful look they just treated us as beggars i just really feels bad for their cultureless behavior

I didn’t ask them for a customer respect i just expected some manners from them but i didn’t get a little bit from them

So dear customers from now me & my wont prefer that restaurant anymore 🙂
