Hotel Shree Pawan Paradise — Hotel in Bengaluru

One of the worst places to stay. The window is broken in room 204...they never fixed it even after so many complains. The beds contain bugs creaping and crawling all over. The bedsheets and pillow cases are like totally used ones(there were even blood stains on mine).TV is like those old TVs from 90's.There were no hangers in closets. The washrooms are below average. It seems very dirty. Water leaks from the toilet. Comming to the basin, it is just not right.When you turn on the tap the water is supposed to go down through a pipe but it splashes all out wetting your feet and trousers. Rooms are too small. They never come for cleaning rooms, NEVER EVER... We had lot of luggages, while checking out when ny father asked in the reception to tell the bell boy to take some of our luggages, you know what they said? They said DO IT YOURSELF(to my father)becuase the bell boy is not available. But when i went downstairs, all of them were there laughing and talking to eachother even the receptionist. Oh and did I mentioned that they literally had no lifts and a stair as wide as an average human. Even before cheking in they did not clean the room. Worst two days exerience. Worst service and culture less bargaining of closing the check out propaganda. The behaviour of staff sitting on reception are very mad on Check out time. They don't know how to fix the rate, reception staff change the amount increased directly double. I think the hotel owner don't know how they adjust the rate and he become foolish. Because these cheating money goes directly to the staff pocket. My experience I spend 2 days thier, one of the worst experience i have ever made. Not giving bathroom soaps, shampoo, heater, room service facility, conjusted room, bad smell on beds, Rating all over 1.0 . This is the worst hotel i have stayed Initially they have mentioned that they offer free breakfast in Agoda and Booking apps

They collect our id card and they dont return it until we checkout.

But they are not offering So this is like give fake information

Next the rooms are full of dust,cockroach and toilets are of urine smell without proper cleaning.

The staffs are too rude in approach.

Then when you are checking out Staffs will use our phones to put 5 stars in apps and google maps

The stars in google are given my own staffs.

This is worst approach I will not recommend this hotel to anyone Please stay away from...
