Hotel Swagath — Hotel in Bengaluru

We are totally 16 members, all stayed yesterday in this hotel, My whole family was very happy about this hotel experience, we booked 2X through Oyo for 15 members , unfortunately one person added in the last minute, we reached the hotel at 10 pm, The hotel employees welcomed us warmly at that time, and they went and get parcel for a dinner at that time, Gives suit rooms for all, And the rooms are very spacious and very clean, also the rest rooms are very good, Highlight of the Hotel is morning complimentary breakfast, we all did not expect this from swagath, They giving extra ordinary Breakfast from 7.30 to 10.30 for all persons. 2 idly Vada, Masala dosa, Puri 3 big pieces, Coffee or tea. All this are very much tasty. Thanks to swagath team. I personally suggest to all who looking for a Oyo near majestic. Next time I won't search the best in Oyo....

A total scam.

Booked on OYO for classic room After going there they said we don't have classic room we can provide delux room and will charge some extra. (This is not only with us they did it with everyone those who booked)

Asked how much it would take? "we can't say it now. we will discuss it with oyo and will tell you the figures after check in. maximum 1000 ruppes"

The delux room turned out to be same as the classic room as we saw in the photo. and they charged 829 extra for 2 days.

moreover the Ac wasn't working complained 3 times no fix 1st day passed without AC. The TV wasn't recharged didn't work.Next day after lots of complaining they finally gave us a different room to shift in.

The lift was not working had to climb 5 floors.
