I had the most disappointing and disgusting experience at Bikaner today. It was my fasting day, so I was very particular in searching for food without onion and garlic. They had clearly mentioned Jain food, so I trusted them and ordered Tawa Pulav.
But while eating, I found onion pieces inside the dish (picture attached). Do you even realize how serious this is for someone who is fasting and has religious restrictions? My entire fast was ruined because of the sheer carelessness and negligence of your staff and kitchen.
When we complained, instead of sincerely apologizing or taking accountability, the owner casually said, “We will deduct 20 rupees from the bill, you just pay the remaining amount.” Excuse me? The cost of breaking someone’s religious fast and serving onion in the name of Jain food is 20 rupees? Absolutely shocking, ridiculous, and insulting.
This clearly shows how little respect you have for customers’ faith, food preferences, and hygiene standards. The way your staff handled this situation was arrogant, unprofessional, and pathetic.
Bikaner management should understand: Serving onion/garlic in Jain food is not a small mistake, it is a direct breach of trust, faith, and basic ethics.
I would strongly advise everyone not to trust their so-called “Jain food” or any claims they make. If you value your beliefs, health, and money, please avoid this place.
I hope the owner takes this review seriously and acts on the irresponsible staff. Because if this is how you treat your customers, you don’t deserve their trust...
Read moreI recently visited Bikaner Sweets and was left quite disappointed with my experience. The hygiene levels here need significant improvement, as I noticed that the parcel containers had visible dust, which is concerning when it comes to handling food.
For the price they charge, I expected a better standard in terms of quality and taste. Unfortunately, both fell short of expectations. The flavors were not as fresh or enjoyable as one would hope, and the overall quality did not justify the premium pricing.
With some improvements in cleanliness and quality, this shop could truly enhance...

Looked good. Overall, good place. Quite crowded but the people here were very generous. The cost for Badam milk was 40 which I feel was too expensive. The sweet was 30, reasonable. Could improve in the prices, the sweets look so yum. Would visit here again. One of the treasures of...
